The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was absouloutly beatifull, and the breakfast was tasty, generous and fresh. The only critique is that the rooms are right above a main street so ultimatley their was some noise at some points of the night. Overall it was a great stay.

Väldigt trevligt hotell med mysiga rum med bekväma sängar. Personalen är serviceinriktad och väldigt hjälpsamma. Hotellets läge är toppen, och det är nära till det mesta.

Nice and central location in the old town of Sintra. But the house needs some renovation and better service. It was hard to reach the reception before and during stay. And during the stay, one had to ask for everything extra, including cleaning or a bottle of water, although it was included every day according to the booking.

I found this lovely place to stay because I was coming from Lisbon and didn’t want to rush all the sites into one day. Very reasonably priced and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. It very convenient to all the sites and the main centre is only a 5 minute walk. I would recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay. Ruben was great and helped us several times. We cant recommend this place enough.

A única coisa que presta no hotel é o espaço do quarto e localização. Café da manhã horroroso. Muito difícil o acesso as instalações por falta de sinalização e ninguém conhece ou ouviu falar do hotel.

We did not stay in the hotel we waited in the rain for 3hours and did not get our room.When finally we got the key there was no electricity in the room. So we tried to call more than 40 times and no one answeredWe gave up and booked another hotel.hotels. Com said they r sorry for the expirience but Don give us our money back.

The hotel was located on the slope which you need to walk with care from slipping. Is dangerous for old people. The room is a good size to place luggage’s. Shower water pressure is great. But the toilet area is tight if the person is big size might have a hard time getting in. Does not have space to place toiletries at the sink area.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location with walking distance to train station and other transportation options. Shops and restraunts near by. Would definitely stay again.

The space was excellent and great location for waking around the town. My only issue was the road access in and out of the area was not possible as the road is closed-off to pedestrians from 7:00 am until 5:00 PM, you can request a one-time access code, but the logistics can be frustrating with all the one-way roads. I also recommend the hosts provide better check-in directions, possible add more photos for where/how to access. I tried accessing the space at night and it was very difficult to see the number "15" of the address. The directions also mentioned a ramp to the "left" when it's located to the "right" when driving down the one-way road. This would have made checking-in much more easy. I still give the space a 5-star review because everything was great. Just a difficult area to navigate. Once you get familiar with it, it's fine.

We loved our room and the location couldn’t have been better! The room was spacious and the only very small thing I would ask is there would be a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. It was big enough to fit one. It was just at the end of the busy section so quiet at night. We could walk to everything from there. Loved it!

All was ok except they hopefully, only momentarily, had sewer issues that made our bathroom have a definite odor.

The Casa do Vinho Sintra Guest House is perfectly placed in the historic center of Sintra. The room was a good size and the staff were accommodating and friendly. We would give 5 stars except for the dog that barked incessantly most of the evening from the house next door.

Quanto ao atendimento dos recepcionistas Dulce e Rubem, foram excelentes! as acomodações apenas as camas foram confortáveis; quanto a limpeza e acessibilidade achei ruim! Por se tratar de um hotel 3 estrelas poderiam dar mais atenção aos transbordamentos do box do banheiro, que podem causar acidentes inclusive vazando água nos quartos! Não trocaram as toalhas de banho mesmo com a autorização posta na porta! O cheiro de esgoto a caminho da recepção e pequeno almoço causam desconforto no momento da alimentação!

For the price ots excellent value. Some areas under renovation. Other than that perfect for our stay.

Wonderful friendly staff.

Very nice hotel 5 min walk from the royal Palace and bus stops. Good rooms with comfortable bedding, clean bathroom, A/C and heating. Breakfast selection is very nice with quality items. Staff is super friendly, especially Dulce at the front desk. Stayed 9 nights and was pleased every day.
