Overall our experience was neutral. The check in process/instructions were easy to follow, good communication with the host and the property was relatively clean. The pictures advertising the property were very inaccurate - both the interior and exterior. Overall, it was fine for a short 2 night stay.

The appartment was ok. Not much like the photographs, it was tired and needed maintaining.

PLEASE. THIS REVIEW WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE. They did help us to do the early check in, but the rest was the nightmare. Thank god today is the last day here. If you want to sleep with mr. cockrocah book this place. Apparently they said this is common thing here in lisbon. Don't you think at least you should provide us some spray to kill it if it is that common? They said we can use shoes. Oh that is very helpful. Becuase of your place my stay here in Lisbon just bacame a nightmare. Thank you. Obrigada. 1. The towels provided smelled bad and had stains on them. We requested replacements in the morning, but were told that the cleaning staff had already left, so no fresh towels were available. 2. The air conditioner was covered with visible mold, making it uncomfortable to use. 3. The shower head was damaged and leaked water. 4. One evening, the entire apartment lost power and we were left in the dark. 5. There was frequent barking from a dog during the night and early morning, which made it difficult to sleep. 6. We also had to deal with an extremely large cockroach inside the apartment, when we reported the situation we got told to use the shoes to kill it. What an amazing response.

Loved the neighborhood! Such a great start to our trip, easy to find, loved the rooftop patio for afternoon rests.

This a modernized stylish property in an old bldg. Great beds, garden and shower. Easy to get to the metro and only 2 stops from the square. The front door to the bldg was a bit challenging as was the walk up the hill but overall would highly recommend.

Lejligheden har alt hvad man behøver til en forlænget weekend i Lissabon, inklusiv en skøn terrasse hvor både frokost og eftermiddagskaffe kan nydes i solen. Værten har været utroligt hjælpsom - både før og under opholdet. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

This is not a hotel. The photos posted must be fraudulent. I arrived to an address in a dangerous looking neighborhood. There was no sign. The door required a key code, but this was not sent prior to my arrival which would have clued me that this some kind of rental property. I had to try to find a real hotel at that point. This cost me two days of prepaid fees plus two Uber rides.

This was a great place to stay, was able to get checked in with ease despite arriving late in the evening. Room was as pictured and comfortable. A bit of a walk from the city center so we ended up ordering a car every morning but a beautiful location nonetheless. I would recommend this place!

Cozy Lizbon Graca is not as shown in the photos. The garden is in need of maintenance and suitable furniture. There is no lock on the main door to the street and our safe had no key. These apartments are cute and clean, but they are not at all soundproof and are located in a residential area. We could hear other guests talking, coming in late at night and dogs barking at night. No cleaning supplies nor housekeeping over our 5 night stay. Extra towels for a fee upon request. Close to buses and taxis. Plenty of small markets nearby. It is good for a basic stay, however I would not stay there again

Our experience was quite mixed. One major issue was the entrance and stairwell, which were very narrow and not mentioned in the listing. As someone who is 6 feet tall, I actually hit my head while using the stairs. The staircase is steep and tight, making it especially difficult and unsafe when carrying luggage or travelling with children. In our view, this property is not child-friendly at all. The condition of the stairs also raised serious safety concerns. In the event of a fire, it would be extremely challenging to evacuate quickly, particularly with kids. This is something that should be carefully considered. The backyard area was not clean, and inside the flat there was an unpleasant smell. We also noticed small fly-like insects coming out from the wooden flooring, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there was no proper lighting over the dining area, which made it inconvenient. The toilet and shower facilities also need improvement. The hand shower was not working, and there was no extractor fan in the toilet, which made ventilation poor and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the beds were clean and there were enough towels provided. Communication from the host was also good and responsive. Overall, while the property might be manageable for adults travelling without children, we would not recommend it for families due to safety and comfort concerns.

C’était vraiment super ! Le logement était très propre, avec un magnifique jardin rempli du parfum des fleurs de yuzu. L'Airbnb est situé dans un quartier historique et on peut facilement prendre un Uber pour un prix très raisonnable. Comme nous étions cinq, les frais étaient divisés, ce qui revenait vraiment pas cher pour se déplacer partout. La nourriture était délicieuse et les gens plutôt agréables. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances entre copines !

Unfortunately the ceiling was leaking into the apartment during our stay, onto the bed and also into the bathroom, given the partitioning wall. We were told that this issue had also happened prior to our stay. After the first failed attempt to rectify the issue, we were moved to an alternative location for the final 2 nights of our 4-night stay. The host denied our request to refund the 2 nights with the issue, despite us having to mop up used water from the above apartments bathroom/sink, and the mould and bugs present in our room as a result. They justified this by saying we’d moved to an upgraded apartment, despite no longer having an outside terrace as we’d originally booked. Regardless, whilst we recognise that issues can happen, we should not bear the cost of our stay whilst we endured them.

The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked.
