Hotelli ja palvelu ok, mutta kylpylän status ei vastannut hintaa.

Mooi hotel in een rustige streek. Heel lekker ontbijjt. Wie echter een rustig spa hotel zoekt om te ontspannen in de vakantie komt van een kale reis terug. Het hotel zit vol met ouders met kinderen. De spa is dus een grote speeltuin. De mooie kamers zijn niet echt soundproof dus hoor je de buren best goed. Het hotel is ook niet echt geschikt voor werk. Het onbijt start heel laat om 8h. Eigen aan de streek: de locals in het hotel personeel zijn niet echt vriendelijk.

We stay here once each year during our summer holiday as a full body and mind relaxation. Kids love it as well, the atmosphere is so relaxing! And massages are must for the full experience

It is our favourite location for a short excape from high paced life. Each year we gi there with the family and each year we promise ourselves we are coming back :)

we were staying there for the 3rd time and definately will return. Excelent place for those who prefer peaceful and comfort stay away from citty and crowds. Attitude of the staff is outstanding, location is superb (surrounded by forest, river) and services of the hotel provide anything you need.

My stay was fantastic. Clean, well designed place, great amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room), delicious food at a restaurant, and many activities in the surrounding area for families or individual travelers.

It is not the first time we stayed at SPA Vilnius in Anyksciai, and each time we stay there, we write a note to ourselves that it is a must for our summer holidays. It is a very relaxing atmosphere (even when staying with kids), the family apartment is spacious with a separate room for kids, and SPA procedures are just delightful. The restaurant offers a wide selection of food, and vegetarian options were some of the best we have eaten (my husband had to double check whether his veggie burger was actually without meat). Very much recommend to those looking for an escape from a hectic life routine :)

Reception ir SPA kolektyvas aptarnauja gerai, ko nepasakysi apie restorano darbuotojus: šie neturi supratimo kaip dirbti su svečiais- laiku neateina, visko turi prašyti, meniu nežino ir t.t. Trūksta vadovo dėmesio šiam viešbučiui, atrodo kad viešbutis dirba sau, o ne klientams: pjauna žolę pusryčių metu šalia restorano, statybos darbai vyksta visiškai neaptverti šalia restorano nuo ryto, turi stebėti purvinus statybininkus. Valytoja palieka šlapius granito laiptus be jokių ženklų, ko pasekoje žmogus šalia vos nepargriūna įsikibęs į turėklus. Apsaugos darbuotojo kalbos maniera ir tonas turėtų irgi būti peržiūrimas, negalima leisti, kad toks etatas gadintų svečiams nuotaiką ir menkintų viešbučio vertę.

Visada gera sugrįžti į šią ramybės ir komforto oazę. Restoranas kiekvienąkart nustebina ir pradžiugina skaniais patiekalais ir kokteiliais. Aptarnavimas aukščiausio lygio - malonus, draugiškas, paslaugus. O spa specialistai verti geriausių žodžių.

Super, labai patiko

Švaru, tvarkinga. Paslaugus personalas. Gausūs pusryčiai. Galima apsistoti ir su vaikais. Kas atvyksta be vaikų, yra ramybės valandos ryte ir vakare spa zonoje, kai įleidžiami tik suaugusieji.

Einzigartige Lage, leckeres Frühstück. Sehr familienfreundlich.
