It would have been nice to have a fridge

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questo hotel. La camera era confortevole e la pozione ottima, comoda per raggiungere a piedi gli highlights della città. Jannis alla reception è stato super!

staff terrible not helpful especial front desk I have to pay extra to be second floor I was not aware my first room was in the basement the second room they gave us next room to use they can easily come to our room through the balcony very tiny room no closet I won't go back nor I recommend it

Cleanliness

The staff was not only friendly but really helpful. The room was clean though small. The lobby of the hotel is being slowly redone and promises to be lovely with a cozy place for breakfast and just time away with friends. Wish they had plastic or real glasses in the bathroom as the paper ones have a tendency to leak.

Great room and Breakfast

Ich wohne immer wieder bei diesem Motel One seit sie aufgemacht haben und, wie ich schon das letzte Mal geschrieben habe, kommen die Matratzen in die Jahre und sind nicht mehr so bequem wie am Anfang. Sonst hat alles gepasst. Hoffentlich ist bald der Umbau fertig, sodass es wieder ein volles Frühstück gibt.

They were unapologetically doing construction in the main lobby/bar, and on the floor above me. The elevator use was troubling. The hotel made no acknowledgment or compensation for that disturbance. Not even a bottle of water or a free coffee. I think that is plain rude.

Room was clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was of good quality.

Good location and overall a good experience. However, the room is very simple and you get what you pay for. It’s not a luxury stay, but I would do it again. No complaints but expect a minimum level of quality.

Didn't even know they had or offered breakfast. Hotel staff checking us in couldn't have said less words. Hotel had chipping paint and the room was a lot smaller than the pictures showed but honestly if you just need a quick place to stop for the night while you get your bearings it works.

Basic rooms but good value for money because all other hotels in the vicinity are super expensive during peak season.
