Wunderschönes Haus mit grossem Garten und Pool. Leider mit Mücken… Ruhig gelegen. Von der nahen Zuglinie hört man nicht viel.

Only negative was we were asked if we required milk in our room for the tea and coffee provided and we never received it. Fortunately we had some with us in our car fridge. Also when our room was serviced after the first night they didn"t replenish the tea bags.

Simple guest house located in a residential area in Guildford. Room not big but comfortable and well equipped. No food served on premises but it is an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. John was super helpful with recommendations.

The property is a beautifully converted Victorian house, it has been restored to its former glory while being modernized. The owners are quite accommodating and the cooked breakfasts are excellent.

Perfect in every way! Quaint historic property that is conveniently located within walking distant of downtown Guildford. Wonderful hosts that are not only helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Guildford River Retreat!!
