Rating & Review Keseluruhan Lancelin Sands Hotel

Excellent location which is a few minutes to Lancelin Sand Dune. It is directly facing the ocean and the sunset view is amazing. More importantly is the hospitality of the host. Glenn is a fantastic host proving us useful tips on where to go and what to look out for when driving.

Quiet with helpful staff and very comfortable beds. The location was amazing too.

We liked the way you accomodated us with the idea of were to keep our puppy for the night

Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant, pub and bottle shop on site. Food in the restaurant was great and it overlooks the sea, would be a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Room a bit tired and dated but good size. Cute little balcony looking out to the sea. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower.

WLAN im Zimmer 28 unbrauchbar. Zustand einigermassen gut. Kein Schrank und keine Kleiderbügel vorhanden! Für den Preis sollte man mehr erwaren können! Das angegliederte Restaurant „3 Emus“ macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck! Gedeck mit Stoffservietten! Essen sehr gut!

Warm welcome on arrival and very agreable staff all time of our stay with efficiency and professionalism.

Having a portable fan in the room was excellent ! The shower curtain is about 30cm too long and a trip hazard whilst showering Everything else was good

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was amazing well done. My only ick was that the pool was not cleaned to an expected standard of a hotel. Aside that. Had a wonderful stay

Amazing location right on the seafront, my room was comfortable with balcony and partial ocean view. Very friendly staff who gave me recommendations. They have a restaurant with amazing view, I’ve had lovely food there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Itvwas much nicer than thr pictures online.. second hand smoke from other guests made using the balconey difficult

Terrible room, outdated. The showercurtain was white once, but now brownish and disgusting. The curtains in the room lots of holes. Please shift curtains! Lot of dust in the room. However, the emu resturant is a pearl. Lovely food and seaview, and topprated service.

Hi is a beautiful place with a stunning view! The restaurant is very good and the terrace beautiful. The room was to old and the vent in the bathroom was so noisy that I decided not to use the light in the bathroom (with was connected to it), because of the noise emissions. The yard was smelling from old frying grease. You could hear every word from the people next door.

Arrived and wanted a show but it was either very hot or very cold could not regulate the temperature. Next morning no hot water at all!! Informed the manager on duty and didn't seem to care at all as we were checking out. Over $200 for one night never stay there again nor recommend to anyone.
