El lugar esta ubicado a dos cuadras de Selaron y arcos de Lapa , es un loft comodo con todaa las comodidades lo recomiendo ampliamente , solo la subida para llegar es algo pronunciada por si viajan con adultos mayores por lo demas sik problemas

A localização e vista do imóvel são maravilhosas. Contudo, faltou a informação de que não há elevador para acesso ao ap e é necessário descer 3 lances de escada, ou seja, para uma pessoa com dificuldade de locomoção e/ou com bagagem torna-se muito difícil. Não sei se devido ao calor forte do Rio, sentimos que o ar condicionado não funcionou bem. Mas, o ap é muito confortável e, quanto à limpeza, estava impecável.

Très moyen. Aussi cher qu’un hotel, mais sans service. Pas de changement de serviette ni ménage durant le séjour. Chambre sur rue sans fenêtre, uniquement des volets donc pas d’isolation, pas mal de bruit, beaucoup d’insectes, matelas de mauvaise qualité. Ils sont gentils et volontaires mais pas pressés de répondre. Ils ont été rapides lorsque la machine a lavé a fuit le premier jour cela dit. Elle a été « réparée » mais fuyait encore le lendemain. C’est moi qui ai épongé le sol de l’appart la deuxième fois. L’endroit est globalement ok, un peu excentré. À ce prix là… je ne referai pas.

It was a great apartment at a great location. We were very happy and pleased. Specially the communications were on point, fast and clear.

Amei, boa localização, próximos de bons lugares para jantar e conhecer, quartos limpos e com boas instalações, além de termos uma vista linda do Rio. Vale super a pena.

Ambiente muito aconchegante, adoramos passar nossa estadia em Santa Tereza! Bem próximo da Lapa e uma vista incrível para a Baía e o Morro do Santo Amaro! A comunicação foi muito ruim, mas não afetou diretamente nossa estadia.

Excelente ubicación en el barrio Santa Teresa. El barrio histórico de Río. Muy cerca del Bondinho de Santa Teresa que disfrutamos muchísimo. Unas vistas al Pan de Azúcar de ensueño. Despertar con esa vista desde todos los ángulos y de todas las ventanas ha sido maravilloso. El departamento ha sido muy cómodo. Dormimos bien, cocinamos, lavamos ropa, los baños muy bien, la cocina equipada. Éramos 5 en un departamento y estuvimos muy cómodos con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Algunos detalles: se averió el AA y mandaron un técnico a arreglarlo. Así que más allá de un desperfecto que puede pasar, valoró la inmediatez en arreglarlo. La intención vale muchísimo y la valoramos y agradecemos. Excelente relación precio/calidad. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though.

Incrível, amei o lugar, os funcionários e o dono nós receberam muito bem e estavam sempre disponíveis pra caso precisássemos de algo, vou voltar sem sombra de duvidas.

I stayed here for almost a month. The place is nice the apartment has a balcony with view on the sugar loaf mountain. Everything was clean. Amelia is very welcoming but I didn’t feel much important as a client staying for 27 nights in one of the most expensive room. Weekly cleaning was difficult to organize but she has other room to get ready. Getting clean towels was difficult. The beds are both kinda collapsing. I didn’t sleep well most of the time. Of course, she can’t control the surrounding but there’s a dog barking everyday for hours close to the building. Was invaded by ants at some point but she was reactive. I have mixed feelings about the place because Uber would cancel me all the time or not want to come to the neighborhood. Resting was sometimes difficult due to the dog and loud parties until late in the night during weekends. It was also difficult to check out. After a month here they wanted to charge check out or keep my bags but had to come back according to their will. Insisting I leave at 11, nobody was here at 11. I didn’t feel much considerate unless when they wanted to promote their friends events, cos of course, tourists are here to pay. I won’t come again for all those reasons, cos I can find same kind of place, cheaper with service and breakfast included... without the view but I can’t have it all I guess.

Perfect and safe location in the heart of the famous Santa Teresa district. Nice, renew apartment, friendly staff. Beautiful view from the common balcony(and from some rooms also) to the Sugar Mountain. In 15 meters there is a grocery for everything: breakfast, coffee, fruits, vegetables, lunch, wine, beer and live music at the evenings, so you can get the real Rio lifestyle feeling.

Adorei a estadia! muito bem recebido, próximo aos pontos turísticos do centro do Rio e de estações de metrô, bem limpinho, loft impecável. viajei sozinho e voltarei sem duvidas.

Gostamos de tudo, excelente, nada para reclamar. Apartamento muito aconchegante.

This is a lovely apartment block set in a picturesque location. It’s an old building with character but with tastefully modernised units. The fact that it is on a hill and that there are lots of stairs internally may be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. However, for us it was all an amusing part of the overall experience. The apartment itself is just right for friends or families travelling with older children. The rooms are compact but well designed and having full kitchen facilities was a real bonus. There are a couple of stores and bars right next to the block. Do you can buy some basic groceries, have breakfast, snacks or drinks and some evenings there’ll even be some entertainment. Amelia and the team were all very polite and attentive. A quick orientation on the first morning was really useful and gave us some good ideas on how to make the most of our short stay. In short - clean, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended!

The Luxury Apartmen has nice clean black and white colors, there is plenty of space... and the view is terrific, from the bedroom - from the dining area - and from relaxing area! The area, cause of the steep cobblestone streets, and the house, cause of the steep steps and no lift... is not the best for disabled travellers. Taking a taxi, and getting an apartment on the same level, or the next level, as the entrance will help that. Did I mention the View?! ;-) The area felt very safe!
