No Heating on Ground Floor. Poor Wifi. Certainly navigating being a new hotel. Spa not yet refurbed and open. Restaurant good.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and went out of their way to help. It made our two night stay very special. The room was spotless and the grounds are truly glorious. A brief encounter with another world.
