The heritage inn has very cozy old-school charm. It is a little far from the downtown strip. Many construction projects in the immediate area ruin the view and the atmosphere surrounding the hotel. We were woken up at 9:00am on a Saturday morning with construction going on in the room directly beside ours - no warning or heads-up. The hvac system in the room has no auto feature, it’s either blowing hot air to warm the room up and then blowing cool air when it’s not blowing hot, not very efficient if you ask me. Probably wouldn’t stay here again if I’m being completely honest.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, and beds weren’t the best for what we paid. Over priced and didn’t allow late check outs.

Just stayed for 1 night but would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and had lots of options to choose from. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Not a brand new hotel but it seems to be well maintained.

My family had a relaxing stay including my dogs. They were welcomed and they were spoiled by the staff. Greatly appreciated it. They got to enjoy their stay. We had a very comfortable two nights.

Stayed here to attend a family wedding. It is a little aged but the hotel was relatively clean. The staff seemed a little indifferent but they were polite and it is a very mundane job. The only issue we had was when I went to bed that night I felt something at the bottom of the sheets and discovered a child’s sock. I’m not sure if it was clean or dirty but it was definitely a shock. I informed the front desk when I left and she apologized and requested a picture so it was send to her. Still haven’t received a message from management or any form of compensation.
