Didnt feel safe. Key took forever to get the lock open.

The owner was a a very mean man. He stuck me in a corner by the stairs by the ppl he had living there. It was LOUD. It was so hot in the room (November) i had the window wide open and still could not cool off the room, therefore did not sleep. Asked for a late checkout and he came storming to my room pointing at the 11:00 check out. He was very very rude!! Wanted to charge me 20 bucks for a late check out so I just left, tired and disappointed. DO NOT Recommend staying there. Also, many loiterers hanging around the hotel, but I must say they were all very nice and pleasant compared to the owner.

Will never go back, extremely poor conditions. Major renovations needed.

Convenient

The only thing we did not like that there was no coffee or coffee so we had to leave to soon after we got up.

I stayed one week. This was the fourth time I had stayed there as I come to St. Albert to visit family. I had been a satisfied customer on earlier visits. This time on 2 of the 7 nights, the occupant upstairs stomped up and down the room until 3am which made it impossible to sleep. I reported this. I was required to use a coat hangar to start the AC unit each time ( I shut it off when I was not in the room to conserve energy) AND i did not complain. I asked only that my room be cleaned every 2 days to conserve time and energy. Yet when I requested an extra hour to check out, I was told that I had to pay $20 plus tax. I indicated to the employee that I found this unfair, He had been the one to whom I had reported the sleepless nights.

Everything was not really maintained at all in the room. Really run down, bathroom fan was full of dust and not clean at all. The bathroom seen better days that’s forsure.

Somehow my reservation, through Hotels, didnt make it to their computer. However, i had a great room tucked into a corner, recessed area. It was very quiet and private.

The Motel is an old establishment and from the outside looks very old and outdated. I can only vouch for the room (# 1 ) that we stayed in for 3 nights. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower this works.The room was very clean, no carpets, fresh bedding and the staff are friendly. Just a note there is no coffee in room or ice machines. There is a restaurant next door. I meet the manager and thanked her for the clean room. I would rate it 3 1/2 Stars based on location and age of the Motel.

We asked if it had a fridge with freezer. They said yes. No freezer. We asked for late checkout. Costs $20 per hour. There was so much dust blocking the bathroom fan. The lamp shade was completely trashed. Empty beer cans all over outside. Very cheap motel. I believe people live there not just a short stay site

Easily found, simple check in and room was tidy. Low quality finishes and average amenities within the suite but overall comfortable enough

Older motel. Nice and clean though with great staff.

Positives were that the bedding and linens were clean and that the wifi worked well. Negatives were that the toilet did not flush properly and was modified to decrease the amount of water. We had to find a bathroom out of our room. Barely any outlets worked or held a plug. Shower handle fell off when used. We turned the heat off but had to buy a fan because the place would not cool off. The place is in dire need of some renovations and updates.

Ery clean room and pleasant, friendly staff. Motel is older and not a beautiful area lace but the price is great, room was clean. I found the bed too soft but that’s me. Everything worked and check-in was fast and staff efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Place was very quiet even though it is right on St. Albert Trail (Hwy2) and our room faced the highway!
