Un séjour absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, empreint de douceur et de bienveillance. On a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les lieux ainsi que les différents accommodements, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. Tout ce que nous avons découvert nous a plu dès le premier instant. L’endroit est calme, reposant et magnifiquement situé en pleine nature. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, et le lit ainsi que les oreillers étaient d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout est pensé dans la simplicité, tout en étant pratique et agréable. Nous avons adoré notre expérience du début à la fin. Nous retournerons assurément séjourner à cet hôtel et en profiterons de nouveau pour nous gâter avec l’expérience thermale du Balnea Spa. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Wonderful amenities and scenic views from everywhere. A gem in the middle of nature. Not super fancy, but has everything you need on this stunning property. Well maintained and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Practical little breakfast options with great coffee. Definitely recommend for a stay in Bromont or the evening before the day at the Spa.

Endroit magnifique pour se reposer et admirer la nature. Nous sommes amateurs de vélo. Il y a un local sécurisé pour entreposer nos vélos. Il y a un très grand choix de pistes cyclables près de l'hôtel. Après une journée de vélo, la détente dans la piscine chauffée était appréciée. Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuné à base de bagel. L'endroit invite à la détente et le personnel est très courtois.

Le site est magnifique, malgré la construction actuelle dans l’hotel qui causait du bruit tôt le matin en semaine. La chambre studio était propre, bien équipée pour cuisiner, mais il y avait un trou dans le cadre de la fenêtre qui laissait entrer les mouches dans la chambre. Aires communes agréables, brunch déjeuner de qualité. Personnel serviable et courtois. J’y retournerais.

My visit to BALNEA Spa was exactly what I needed. I traveled from Vermont because I wanted to experience the spa, and it was worth every mile. From the moment I arrived, I felt myself begin to relax. The property is absolutely breathtaking. The mountain views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and peaceful outdoor setting create an atmosphere unlike any other. I understand why photography is limited in the spa areas, but I wish I could have taken pictures of the incredible scenery because it was simply stunning. I was fortunate to visit on a day with beautiful weather, which made the experience even more memorable. Unfortunately, I injured my back while I was on the property. It had been raining, and while I was hurrying, I stepped down awkwardly and hurt my back. Although that was an unfortunate accident, the massage and thermal spa circuit turned out to be exactly what I needed. They helped ease my discomfort and allowed me to relax despite the injury. The staff were exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. One member of the staff went above and beyond by treating me to lunch, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that I truly appreciated. That kindness meant so much to me. Overall, my experience was outstanding. BALNEA Spa gave me the chance to slow down, heal, and recharge during a stressful time in my life. I've already recommended it to many people, and I will absolutely return the next time I'm in the area.
