Peter and Colin were amazing hosts! Very friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The freshly baked cookies and handmade soaps were a lovely touch. Breakfast was wonderful - we had vegetable crepes with sausage/bacon with poached eggs and zucchini muffins the first day, and scrambled eggs eith sausage/bacon, freshly baked biscuits with apricot and strawberry jam, and banana mini-muffins the next day in their beautiful kitchen. Walking distance to the thousand island cruises. Would absolutely recommend & return!

located on a quiet street with its own off road parking and an excellent pub/restaurant right across the road. Only a short walk to the main street for many other amenities

Casetta molto carina, veniamo accolti subito da uno dei due gestori (sono entrambi gentilissimi). Stanza al primo piano pulita e profumata, spazio ok, finestra in bagno (finalmente) così non si resta all'umido. C'è una terrazzina con poltroncine se si desidera fare un pochino di relax. Colazione personalizzata e molto buona. Che dire, c'è ne fossero di posti così! A 3 minuti dal porto e dal centro.

We loved our stay! Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were lovely and clean. We so enjoyed the town as well. We would certainly come back. Oh, and the breakfast was superb!

Peter and Colin are great hosts. Peter offered to pick me up at the train station. Colun made superb, home-made breakfast every day with a twist to it. They run their B&B as if the guests were their friends, they are si hospitable.

Colin & Peter are excellent hosts. We felt welcome and right at home from the moment we walked in the door! Breakfasts were amazing! Loved all three that we had. The daily check-ins on our plans for the day were helpful and much appreciated! We would highly recommend you stay here while in the Gananoque area!

Ein besseres B&B hätten wir nicht antreffen können. Wir sind herzlich begrüsst worden. Alles wurde uns super erklärt. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Cookies auf dem Zimmer waren läcker. Das Frühstück unglaublich gut, hervorragend. Die Gastgeber so lieb und zuvorgekommen. 100 von 100 Punkten

We had a very nice time at Colin and Peter’s place. The breakfast was delicious, and Colin cooked the same breakfast but with home made gluten free items for my celiac partner, it felt very safe and as good as my « regular » breakfast. All our needs were met. We would definitely go back if in the area!

Great location close to waterfront, live theatre, boat cruise departure. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Really nice hosts, with good quality varied breakfast offerings.

Notre séjour fût très agréable. La chambre #2 où nous séjournions était un peu petite mais très propre et confortable. Nos hôtes Colin et Pète sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. Les déjeuners sont délicieux.

Wonderful stay at seaway manor ! Peter & Colin are so nice and attentive. Their house is very nice, rooms are very big and comfortable, absolutely clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is sooo good. All is homemade and they kindly propose to adapt the menu to the taste of their guests, especially for teenagers. It was a wonderful experience and the best way to enjoy Gananoque. We strongly recommend this place.
