From A to Z everything was great its really recommended and anytime I have something close I will go there.

It's wonderful. I've stayed here a few different times now, and our family loves it. The loft gives us lots of space and privacy and it just feels like a home away from home.

Suite 6 is wonderful. Clean, warm, everything you need for a romantic night. Just don’t expect to sleep in. Window is right at the sidewalk edge. Dog living across the road barks at everything when outside at 630am. Can hear people talking on the side walk as they pass. Can hear every car going by on the main st of the town. In our particular case, there was scheduled construction of the suite above us, starting at 730am. No warning at all.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Could have used slippers as the bathroom floor was ice cold.

The room was good the bed was comfortable but a few things could have been better, the room was super hot and we couldn’t seem to keep it at a sensible temperature and the wall unit still seemed to come on even though the temp 72 and it was set for 64. The shower head specifically was also very goofy the way it was setup. And put a sheet other than the comforter on the bed. Other than that it was nice.

Our suite was great for us. It was comfortable and well appointed. The weather was wet and rainy so we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. One suggestion would be to put a lamp in the sitting area. For people with "old eyes" it was hard to read printed material on the couch.

Communication with the suites was non existent. I sent several messages and never heard back once.

Clean room modern finishes. Bed was lumpy.

Always my favourite place to stay on work feels like home

Check-in is a joke. I was asked over and over and over to check my email for the access code. There was no code and i have to wait and beg to be let in. I advise going to a real hotel

I chose these suites for my wedding located just outside Kemptville. We had the biggest loft and it was very spacious, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. The staff knew it was also for my wedding night and they surprised us with flower petals all over the room and fake candles - such a thoughtful touch! best experience. Highly reccomend.
