Disappointing stay at Travelers Motel We arrived and our room wasn’t ready, so we had to be moved to a different room. Not a great start. The room smelled bad and looked very outdated. Outside the rooms there was a can full of cigarette butts, which made the property look dirty and not well-kept. Only 2 pillows were provided. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Wi-Fi wasn’t provided at check-in — we had to ask for it. And even then it was terrible, it kept freezing every few seconds and was basically unusable. Overall the service felt unorganized and not up to standard. We expected much better.

Clean room, helpful staff, free parking and cool rooms.

The motel has been around for a while, so it could use a little exterior TLC. The room had new A/C mini-split. It worked great. The beds were comfy. The bathroom has been updated. A great shower with lots of hot water. At this price point, we were pleasantly surprised.

Very clean & tidy room with furnishings and flooring that looked quite new and fresh. Mattress was almost luxurious in thickness. Extremely gracious and friendly staff at the front desk, which is exceptional for a motel at this price point. Don't be put off by the exterior and driveway, which give the appearance of a flea-bag motel. For a simple motel, it's a hidden gem. Additional bonus of having a late-nite corner store within a 3-min walk in a town that shutters by 9 or 10 at the latest.

Not easy to use the TV set

The man at the desk was very kind. I got what I paid for but Expedia is a huge disappointment and I will NEVER use them again. This is the 2nd time they have caused me grief.

An older facility not attractive from the street but room was large clean and quiet with very good air conditioning. It was good value and I would stay there again.

Great little room to rest your head while traveling. Remodeled, with motel vibe, but everything was clean. Great place to stop

Very nice place, just basic and old-fashioned. Great for self-catering. All amenities - esp A/C - worked well (no hairdryer). Bed very comfortable. Easy 20 min walk distance to Festival theater and 30 to the others. Close to shopping.

The first room they had brought me to hadn't been cleaned in days at least with dust and dirt on all the surfaces and what looked like dried mud or something on the bathroom sink and bathroom tub. The second room was better but clearly still didn't get duste, and there was a dead fly on the bed with what looked like dog hair surrounding it. The door lock was broken and had to be locked from the inside before closing the door and still took multiple tries to get it to lock properly.

the room itself was pretty nice. The outside area was clean but rough looking so was pleasantly surprised of how nice the room was. No amenities at all but I was aware when booking. It is a good location and walking distance to a few food locations

Overall was cleaned very well but the property itself could use attention and is run down.

The room was well appointed and clean; very nice bathroom. the only con for me was the height of the bed--I had to climb up to sit on it (I am 5'7"!), way too high for my opinion but VERY comfortable. The manager was very helpful and always available.

Renovated motel. Clean, quiet. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Will stay again in the future.

Well, front staff were very friendly and helpful. A/C was blowing cold. Room was clean. For the price paid, it was what to be expected. Close to most everything. I would stay here again.

The room was clean. It was nicely decorated and felt cozy. It is in walking distance to downtown.

Wonderful clean room with two beds, big tv, couch and easy chair, we really enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a slightly bigger coffee pot but all in all was really nice, will definitely stay there again, great value!

Coffee would be nice in the room or in the office.
