The desk person gave me a hard time when inwnet to check out. He was gonna charge me $30 for the key, a piece of plastic. And he went to check the room and came back and said there was a stain on the bed and when he showed me, it was a tiny pen mark from a pen that slid out of my work bag. For that he tried keep my DD of $200. Then he stood there and laughed at me while I spoke up for myself and refused to show me the "key policy". He said I was being ridiculous and kept laughing while I was talking and pretending to look for the policy book. Customer service was crap and the attidude was crap as well. Staff was not hospitable
