Clean room

Staff was great. Unfortunately restaurant was closed on the day we were there, but they recommended a microbrewery a 2 minute drive away. Nice place with a lovely view!

First , there are no tvs in the rooms , would have been nice to watch playoff hockey. They definitely need new mattresses, bedding. The whole room needs a DEEP clean. I would not recommend this place, the only thing going for it is the view.

It was nice and calm

We stayed in a room in the main lodge, and were lucky to be upgraded to a mountain view. It was lovely - no TV or telephone made it a very relaxing stay. Our room, however, did not have any hot water, so showering or bathing was not possible. We checked out early so there was no one to report this to upon our departure. Aside from this, our stay was lovely.

No TV was definitely unexpected.

Having the fireplace in the room was verrrrry cozy, also being able bring along the furbaby and how furbaby rooms were spread out was nice too, parking right in front of my room. And my room backed out towards one of the many trail system in the area which is mapped out in the visitor sheet given to you at check-in

Loved our stay here! The staff was wonderful, so helpful, the mountain views were amazing and despite it being closer to the highway it was nice and quiet. We also tried the brewery down the highway and that was great as well, can’t wait to stay again!

The staff was helpful and the restaurant was very good. The room was very dated and is badly in need of updating/renovation. Work that had been done was poor quality. The walls are very thin, heat would not stop despite turning down the thermostat and the shower would randomly change to scalding hot.

The staff here are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and this is the strength of this hotel. The restaurant is good with an amazing view. We had a room in the main house, which had dated decor but an amazing view and a balcony.

This is a pet friendly property. I think it has a different feel when you stay in this lodge. This is without the regular amenities such as a TV or a microwave inside the room, but it brings you back to basics which is pure, simple, welcoming and really warm. You are not going to experience the usual stay in a regular hotel room but more off a cabin in the outdoors,

It was a great experience

Well the room is small , there is no tv’s in the rooms. And I went in the wintertime and it just so happened that they were doing renovations to rooms and the restaurant wasn’t open

The room was a good size with a nice fireplace and comfy bead. The walls were not that soundproof as we could hear the neighbors. Good location. Dirty bathtub.

Chalet was clean, cozy and perfect for a friends retreat.

Clean room

The room was clean and warm though a little outdated. When we arrived they were renovating the check in area so the restaurant was closed, we were unaware of this when booking through Expedia. When trying to check in, I waited outside in the cold for someone to answer the phone. Then someone pulled up with our check in information so crisis and frustration averted. We would stay again, but would call before booking. Have heard great things about the restaurant and want to try it
