Nice and neat and wide parking spots.

The room had an unpleasant damp and musty smell upon arrival, which was not comfortable and negatively affected the first impression. During my stay, there was heavy snowfall, and unfortunately the parking area and walkways were not properly cleared. Since all room doors open directly to the parking lot, moving around was difficult, with snow accumulation reaching approximately 40–50 cm in some areas. On the positive side, the room itself was quiet, and the room temperature was comfortable. The heating worked well, which helped during the cold weather. With better attention to room maintenance and proper snow removal, the overall experience could have been much better.

We just used it at night time, but couldn't wait to sleep in our soft bed. My only complaint is there bed is way to hard to get a comfortable sleep through night. More like a stone slab with terie cloth bottom sheet . Ouch out aching backs

Nice simple place on the outskirts of Collingwood. Good value, friendly staff.

They charged 145 whether i booked for 85 bucks. Room has very unpleasant smell and the front desk was not friendly at all. I had to check in because i had no other option. They also asked to write down all my credit card details even the cvc for security

The reviews are accurate that it's dated with even having to fill out registration by hand on paper but it was an economical, clean place to stay. We liked the location, it was comfortable and quiet. My only feedback is that I like a good soak in the tub after hiking and the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy...an easy fix.

It was worth it.

It was perfect for a solo, stay. 10 minute's from historic downtown Collingwood, and 25 minutes from the Blue Mountain village. Rooms are compact so not alot of extra room for bikes or boards, then again i could try and find out.
