It’s well maintained hotel although it isn’t new. The most I like is hard floor and I feel much cleaner than carpet. Also, location is great. It takes about 10 minutes to old Quebec City by Uber and costs $10-12. Complementary coffee and tea in the lobby are available 24 hours as well.

Very good and friendly staff, very quiet hotel. Good sleep.

The room is very small for a family room but it was functional and very comfortable. We slept extremely well. The coffee and juice bar at the front desk were much appreciated as the coffee in the room was just meh. A bit expensive but it was Carnaval de Quebec so understandly so.

Problèmes de communications avec " EXPÉDIA " , Pas le bon jour de réservation, ( C`était le vendredi, 7 Novembre/ Samedi, 8 Novembre 2025 ) et Non, jeu.06 nov - ven 07 nov ..!!! ???
