I enjoyed my stay. While the place was clean and the beds were super comfy…it was old and outdated and in desperate need of upgrades…but everything worked. The price definitely reflects in the aesthetics. The AC was awesome on a hot day and they are dog friendly. The TVs are upgraded to flat screens and have hdmi ports. The kitchen was basic. We didn’t use it but it was a full kitchen with coffeemaker and microwave.

It’s a great little affordable place. It’s an old fashioned spacious apartment with everything you need. We love motels and will stay again when in Port Alberni. 5 star review 10 out of 10

Never see anybody for 6 days to do any cleaning many things didn't work refrigerator among many other things should not be rented

Basic but functional, good cooking facilities. Like the Aussie outback motels from 40 years ago

The property was ok. very out dated but clean. we had to plug in the fridge and appliances to use them. the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the location was quiet, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent value for the price.

Extremely dirty. Beds were clean, the rest of the room was filthy. Extention cords everywhere and signs to not use heat at same time as stove etc. no other hotels available so we had to stay two nights. Never again

The kitchen was handy. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The fridge ran on an extension cord (safety concern) Pleasant desk service. Good location Bargain price compared to other area motels. I would choose to not stay here again.

You will not be welcomed here, I felt like I was bothering the business for checking in.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I loved the way it is decorated. It is very clean. Person who checked me in was very nice. I would stay here again.

The room was dirty and in urgent need of repairs. All cosmetic but dirty because of uncleanable surfaces. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was okay, but lacking a few utensils like a frying pan lifter, etc.

Only 1 night stay. Did not use either.

Motel was close to the Hospital and great for a 3 day stay with a living room, full kitchen and separate bedroom. Quick check in and spacious room but it needs some serious cleaning( the microwave and some walls wiped down would be great) and updating. The beds were comfortable and we would return as it was a great price.

This was one of the most disgusting places that we had ever stepped foot in. When you walked in you were slapped with a smell of age, musk, and stale cigarette smoke. Although the bedding seemed clean, the carpets were not… At all. this place was so disgusting that we decided to shower with flip-flops on… Which didn’t actually help because the drains were plugged and all of the shower water just came up over our feet anyway. We spent our entire evening looking at other accommodations for the following night and ended up checking out the following day. I recommend just paying the extra $50 to stay in the hotel down the street.

For the price? It's a bargain. I booked a standard room but in fact it had a fully equiped kitchen, living area with sofa and 42" flat screen tv, separate bedroom with tv. We booked extra nights.
