Although they said it was not a stain but was from bleach, a bleach stain in the carpet is still a stain. Also looked like the pest spray around the baseboards created more stains. The beach looks nothing like the picture and the walkway was not complete to the beach leaving a big drop. Looked more like a cheap motel than a “resort”.

Angela was fantastic! She was welcoming and warm upon arrival. The suites were great for my young family. The location, beach and peaceful surroundings were great. We arrived during the shoulder season and would love to come back in the peak summer season. 5 stars!

We stayed one night at Glenghorm Beach Resort and overall had a good experience. The property itself was probably closer to a 3-star stay, but the front desk staff really stood out and made a big difference. She was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, extra towels and soap, and answering our questions about the kitchenette setup. The view overlooking the beach was beautiful, and the beach itself was only a very short walk away. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to actually enjoy it since we were only there for one night. We visited during the low season, so food options nearby were a bit limited, especially with kids in our group, but the staff gave us some helpful suggestions that worked out well. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with no major issues and a nice option for a short visit.

Our stay was good for the most part. The fact that we were travelling outside the regular tourist season did mean some allowances had to be made, but we would consider staying here again on a future visit.

The room was spacious and clean. The washroom was very clean. The check-in was seamless. We went in the winter so some of the property was suffering from winter deadfall but suspect in warmer months it is clean and the beach is welcoming.

The staff was excellent, the room was large and clean. There was an overwhelming scent of air freshener when we first entered the room but after airing it out for a few minutes it cleared. My biggest complaint was that bed was rock hard. Take a foam topper if you intend to stay here. Also, the website is misleading, the restaurant and pub was closed for the season for which there was no mention on the website that I saw. Also, there is no washer or dryer available to guests in the winter. Overall a bit pricey for what you get.

Clean room friendly staff

Clean, warm, very large suite. Kitchenette was clean and equipped for rewarming or simple microwave meals. Friendly, efficient reception.

Angela was very attentive and helpful. She was cheerful and responsive during check in and when we needed extra supplies. The towels and bedding were very nice. The walkway was very icy due to the dripping roof/ blocked gutters. We stayed in the multi unit cabin, and had an obstructed view of the ocean.

Tha girl was so nice with us. She gave us the best spaghetti. Thank a lot for all.

The unit was very clean and the staff was attentive. FYI if you are travelling after Nov 1 nothing is open. We had to get dinner from the grocery store. All restaurants and attractions are closed for the season.

No breakfast, everything closed for season. Room wonderful, problem with hot water. Dealt with as soon as reported. Staying there in coming weeks if still open.
