Receptionist is welcoming but the room is old bed was comfy

Excellent accueil! La chambre n’était pas propre. Il y avait des toiles d’araignée au plafond, de la poussière sur le sol et la baignoire était mal lavée. En revanche les lits étaient confortables et les draps était propre. Petit frigo fonctionnait bien et le chauffage aussi. La connexion internet n’était pas stable. Ça nous a bien dépanné quand même.

No one at reception when I tried to check in (locked). There was a note saying to use intercom and a number to call. Neither worked. Eventually someone came and checked us in, tho he said it was not his job. The sheets of one bed had lots of pubic hairs it. Hot water was not that hot and took an very long time to get going. Would not stay again.

Malpropreté. Mauvaises odeurs.

TV was down for a while. But, that was provider issue. On a hill. Access to room without winter tires was tricky. Great staff. Comfy beds. Clean room! Great stay.

La chambre étais plein de toile d’araignée au plafond, le bain n’avais pas l’air propre du tout, le plancher vraiment défait et la barrure sur la porte étais brisée

Perfect checkin at the counter, super comfortable beds, delightful pillows (1 fluffy + 1 flat), nice cotton sheets, shower head pivots so you dont get hair wet, nice hot and strong water flow, hairdyer included and microwave and fridge. We checked in at midnight but it is possible to check in later.Clean, quiet, and well heated. Sunny in the morning.

Le monsieur a l'accueil était super gentil. La chambre est très propre.

Despite being a relatively unknown hotel, surprisingly it kinda amazed us with its hygiene and comfort. We purposely chose it due to its proximity to Mont Tremblant where most of our winter activities and spending New Year 2026 will be taking place. A rare gem indeed.

Chambre très propre. L'homme a l'accueil est extrêmement gentil! Petit point négatif,forte odeur de boule a mite en entrant mais en ouvrant les fenêtres pour faire aérer ça diminue l'odeur. J'y retournerais

The room smelt like old cigarette there were spider webs in the in some corner, the place felt like it was old and left untouched appart from sheets were clean

The wifi was sketchy and the volume on tv could not be altered. Other than that it met my needs for a quick sleepover. Very clean room. Nice people at office. Thank you!

Nous avions une chambre à deux lits double, heureusement car un des deux lits n’avait pas été lavé, draps friper, cheveux dans les draps. Notre deuxième barrure de porte ne fonctionne pas. Notre télécommande de télé ne fonctionne pas pour ajuster le son et il est très fort! On entend les voisins parler! Heureusement, on est près de l’épicerie et des restaurants qu’on peut faire à pieds. L’endroit en général aurait besoin de rénovations et de beaucoup d’amour!

Good value for money. The room had AC and heating controls which were easy to use. The room was pretty clean. Note: this facility is not wheelchair accessible as there are stairs to most rooms, and the bathroom is very small. It would have been nice if there was a hook in the bathroom for clothes or a towel. There are mutiple wifi networks. The one I had connected to at first was too slow but once I changed to a different one, it was able to support the streaming of a movie. The front-desk was very kind to check us in late at night.

Pas d'espace de parking dans une côte, lit tâché de sang et autre. Toiles d'araignées bref pas propre 😒
