I can tell a lot of care has gone into this property. They really want your stay to be a positive experience!

Staff friendly . Rooms were clean . No hot water to shower or bathroom sink though . No breakfast or laundry on site .

All the equipment was modern and easy to understand and easy to use!

Loved how clean and simple the decor was. The room appeared to be very recently updated. The hosts recommended a wonderful Japanese restaurant across the street. We would highly recommend a stay here.

WAY overpriced and overrated!! Tiny room for top dollar, and no housekeeping for the price?! Although the bidet toilet was novel and the shower and soap/shampoo were nice, the bathroom sink was barely the size of a kleenex box and the room is tiny. I will definitely not be returning, there are far better deals on accommodation in Hope.

Amazing well-maintained chalet. Great Fraser river view and high tech appliances. We'll definitely be back here again.

We had an upstairs room (9a) very clean! When you arrive to the room - it's gives a Japanese "vibe" in that there were new slippers for each of us at the door, fabulous cushioned (?) light coloured flooring that was very clean. Lovely bedding. A bidet, and well appointed bathroom with Aveda body soap/shampoos. Felt like a high end hotel hidden in an alpine exterior In Hope! The exterior is nothing to look at, the room interiors are designed with patrons in mind not "how can we get the cheapest finishes". We'd definitely stay again

This is a sweet little cabin setting. It is spotless. The bathroom is newly renovated. Beautiful shower, with all amenities. The toilet is a high end bidet. It is a tiny room with a lovely bed. Car parks at front door. The other thing is that the receptionist staff are kind, welcoming and efficient. I’ll be back.

The staff were amazing. Even though they were going through renovations at tge time of our stay, the motel was quiet and the property was well maintained!

Far exceeded expectations. Its clear the motel is undergoing renovations from its original Swiss-themed accomodations to more modern streamside facilities. Ownership/staff were excellent. The rooms were clean, well appointed and refreshed. The fact that the bathroom included a high end shower and japanese bidet-toilet actually kind of blew me away. Location is great. Short walk to downtown by way of waterfront park. I had my dog with me, and Id recommemd anyone, especially those with dogs to book here while in Hope.

if you're thinking of staying in Hope BC. this is the best place to stay in town. I will definitely stay here again. the front desk was so friendly!

We stayed in room #10. The room is cute. It has everything we need from microwave to mini fridge. While the space is small, it is well-equiped with a TV, AC unit, and bathroom essentials. The best part is the toilet bidet/washlet which also has a seat warmer. We highly recommend this place!
