Stephanie at the front desk was outstanding. She helped me with finding medical assistance, recommendations for restaurants and basic room inquiries. The hotel is an awesome location and the spa amenities were very relaxing with a view of the Matterhorn (breakfast as well). Glad we chose to stay there!

Séjour très décevant au regard du prix payé. 800 € pour quatre nuits dans une chambre individuelle extrêmement basique : éclairage insuffisant, lit inconfortable, salle de bain minimale, chambre au rez de-chaussée donnant sur la rue principale. Après réclamation, j’ai été déplacé temporairement dans une chambre classique, puis renvoyé dans la chambre initiale. Résultat : douleurs importantes au cou et au corps, impossibilité totale de skier ce qui est inacceptable dans une station de ski. Le personnel est poli, mais la direction manque clairement de flexibilité et de considération pour ses clients. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Je ne recommande pas.

We absolutely love our stay at Metropol Spa Hotel. The views, the swimming pool/spa, the proximity to everything, the services, the room size and the friendliness of the staff, everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking a comfortable time at Zermatt.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They corrected my booking error with no problem! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful after our hikes! The views of the Matterhorn were spectacular! And the heated bathroom floors were a great Plus!! Highly recommend!

The service was good. The room was clean and the Matterhorn view was excellent. The hotel also offered us the shuttle between the train station. Overall quality was good.

This hotel was in an excellent location!! Very close to the Sunnega lift and the Green line bus that takes you from lift to lift. Breakfast included was convenient. Having the spa after a long day was very needed!

Super convenient location! Only a couple of minute walk from the train station and everything in town! It's an amazing town! It was cloudy/snowy during our stay, but for the 10 minutes the Matterhorn tried poking through the clouds, our view from our room was amazing! (Even without seeing the Matterhorn, it's a great view!) They have a free shuttle, which we used upon arrival, however, it doesn't run until 8am, so we had to walk to the train station (in the snow) when we left :/ The sauna didn't open until 3pm, which was a bummer for us, since we wanted to do that on our cloudy day, but that certainly didn't ruin our incredible time! Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Even loanded us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones! Oh, and the heated bathroom floors!!

Very satisfied with my 3 night stay at the Metropol in late September. I had a single room which was a good size and had nicely renovated bathroom and a view of the river (and the Matterhorn, if I popped my head out and looked to the right). Room was very functional (including mini espresso machine) and kept very clean by housekeeping. Great location - I easily walked everywhere I wanted to go. Fantastic breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful. SPA and pool area was icing on the cake. Will definately stay here again.

Staff were very warm and friendly, even gave me some cheese to take with me when I left! Generous breakfast. Best of all - an empty pool with a view of the Matterhorn, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna - all impeccably clean. Room very reasonably priced for a single traveller- first time I have had a single trundle bed so as not to waste room size-very practical. Everything I needed.

Hotel was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic views and superb service by all! Breakfast was delicious and very pleasant.

駅から近く設備は清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーな上に、3階の窓からマッターホルンの眺めも最高でとてもお得感のあるホテルでした。 駅から川沿いの道を進むと10段以上の階段を荷物を担ぎあげねばなりません。スポーツ広場からの小道だとフラットに進めます。帰りは駅まで車で送ってもらえました。
