The room was spacious and offered a stunning, direct view of the Matterhorn right from the window. The breakfast was good , and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, since my room was located on the first floor, the balcony area felt lacking in privacy. Although the hotel placed some plants to separate the spaces, the balcony is fully connected to the adjacent rooms, meaning guests next door can easily see what you are doing outside.

Exceptional hotel with outstanding view of the Matterhorn from the room, wonderful breakfast and afternoon tea, and outstandingly friendly and helpful staff in every role.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el spa tiene muy buenas instalaciones, la ubicación está perfecta para ir a esquiar y a cenar. El restaurante es bueno y la gente muy amable.

O spa é excelente. E com belas vistas. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização central. Quarto confortável, apesar da limpeza não ser o forte.

全て清潔でスパは素晴らしい　ただマッサージのサービスはひどかったので星一減　時間通りに帰る事を最優先していた

The room had a spacious balcony terrace ( room 202) that had a Matterhorn view. The room had a comfortable bed and wonderful duvets. The room smelled of new wood and was spotless. The hotel is connected to Slalom Ski shop where you can rent skis and bring your skis directly to the ski locker room that the hotel provides as an amenity. The hotel is connected to a good restaurant with a wonderful staff. The restaurant also has a terrace outside with Matterhorn view. The hotel has an amazing spa with an indoor and outdoor relaxation pool, two saunas, snow room for cool down and two rooms for relaxation areas. The location is perfect to walk to ski lift, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and museum. An absolute perfect Location and amenities.

위치는 당연최고였고, 침구도 좋았고, 따뜻한 스파도 최고였다.

内装の可愛さ、立地の良さ、スタッフの親切な対応、美味しい朝食。そして部屋のベッドからでも天気が良ければしっかりマッターホルンを臨むことができ、毎朝圧倒された。

最高でした！ 部屋から見えるマッターホルンに感激。 ホテルも清潔で綺麗で、朝食も美味しかったです。 11月初旬のため、ゴルナーグラード展望台への経路が点検中で利用できなくクライン・マッターホルン展望台に行きました。 全てにおいて最高でした。

綺麗な部屋で、目の前にマッターホルンか見え最高の部屋でした。スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。なのに、ベルトを忘れてしまったようです。

Beautiful view of the Matterhorn, central to everything, room, breakfast & afternoon tea were excellent. Spa was top notch, only wish the operating hours could be expanded

マッターホルンビューのシングルと、反対側の谷のビューのダブルを利用しました。

(Stayed in a Matterhorn single and normal deluxe double.) Enjoyed the excellent view just from the room balcony. Located near the Kirchbrücke, the best view of Matterhorn is guaranteed in the Matterhorn view room only if weather permits. Walking distance to the train stations and supermarkets. Rooms are well equipped and clean. May return if I could. 日本人橋側でマッターホルンビューの部屋の眺望は街中で最高だと思います。しかし反対側の景色も素晴らしいですし、各部屋のテレビでウェッブカメラ中継が見れるので、マッターホルンが見えるようになったらすぐに見に行けます。設備・清潔度はOKでした。

About a 10 min walk from train station , but no big deal . Get to walk by all the shops . Very clean hotel throughout. Would recommend and also return

Great location in the town center, the bus stop right next to the hotel to get to the ski gondolas.
