speedy check in, polite. had an issue with the room we had and they immediately changed us, no issues. Restaurant was great for supper and breakfast buffet very good also. we would definitely stay there again. Fair value.

Excelente servicio de limpieza y atención.

Hotel was clean, very accommodating, nice, breakfast, and a spectacular Venezuelan restaurant, Asadero La Forteaeza five blocks away on the head of Diagonal Street.

I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.

Everything was excellent. Really friendly personnel, good food at restaurant. The only bad was bathroom was dirty.

El proceso de check in no es rápido, ya que se debe llenar un formulario largo de declaración de salud, que creo que ya no funciona para la etapa en la que estamos de la pandemia.

He notado un deterioro en el hotel, creo hace falta mantención y modernización. Lamentablemente la ropa de cama está muy muy mala. Áspera y malas almohadas. El staff, amables como siempre.

Un ambiente grato, cómodo y muy buena atención.

La reserva decía que los impuestos y gastos estaban incluidos, pero no fue así, por mas que insistí, me obligaron a pagar el IVA, y como no tenia mas tiempo debi cancelarlo, eso esta muy mal.

Fue una muy buena estadia, comoda y sin ruidos. Felicitaciones

Mala experiencia , pieza sucia y desayuno es igual todos los días, no hay variedad

El único pero que pongo es, por el precio que se paga por noche, la cena y el almuerzo deberían ser gratis y no tener que pagar aparte

Nice little hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. It'd be nice if their motion detectors turned the lights in the parking garage on a tad longer. :)
