Equipe excelente no pré check in e tbm durante a hospedagem, ambiente acolhedor e confortável. Sophia nota 1000 e Eliza muito simpática nos atendeu em tudo que solicitamos, O café da manhã é simples e atende bem, porém vc é que faz seus ovos, tem acesso livre a cozinha e nos quartos não tem frigobar, mas podemos usar a geladeira da cozinha, chuveiro bom e aquecido, cama confortável, boas roupas de cama e bem quentinhas e no quarto possui aquecedor. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

The hotel had a unique two-level layout, with the bed on a lofted top level and a small room with a bathroom below. The internet was good, but unfortunately, the staff didn’t speak much English. Also, the biggest downside was that it was pretty cold downstairs, while it was warm upstairs.

A pousada é simples mas não conheço as outras de Atacama para comparar,quarto frio mas tem bastante coberta,banheiro com cortina de plástico e chuveiro quente com pouca água,café da manhã com básico pão,presunto,queijo ,iogurte e algumas frutas.Guilhermo excelente recepcionista.Adoramos Atacama.

Basic and simple rooms. Well maintained and cleaned everyday (they cleaned the floors, so dust not an issue). The included breakfast is very simple and staff will cook you eggs if you want. Staff great and friendly. We went on a tour and were going to miss breakfast; they dropped a snack breakfast on our door.

Acomodação muito boa, hotel sempre limpo, ótima localização, 5 minutos da rua principal. Sempre perguntado se havia algum passeio de manhã, pois se sim, deixavam snacks para substituir o café da manhã Menção especial à Sofia, que faz totalmente a diferença além do carisma e capacidade de lidar com situações de imprevistos.

The check-in/ check- out were really smooth! Host was super supportive and helpful. There is a morning when my tour started at 4am, they packed me a small breakfast bag which is a super nice touch. I had a lovely stay there!

A propriedade atendeu ao esperado, estava limpa, tinha água quente no chuveiro, internet boa e fica a dez minutos andando da via principal.

Everyone and all the amenities at the lodge was amazing The location is great I fully recommend

Great customer service from Sofia, a little far from the Main Street like 12 minutes walk but still a good place to stay, breakfast was very good if you eat it there.

Un engaño total de hotel Sin aire acondicionado en pleno desierto, habitaciones super pequeñas unas frente a las otras, parecía una vecindad. A pesar de que en expedia dicen que no se puede fumar, les permiten fumar a los huéspedes afuera de la habitación en el pasillo por donde todos los huéspedes transitan. La habitación no tiene donde colocar cosas más que una pequeña cómoda. En la ducha no hay donde poner el jabón no el shampoo El desayuno, pobre, y el área de cocina con equipo viejo herrumbrado y parecía sucio. Aún así se promocionan como una estancia 3 estrellas. Falso... El peor lugar en el que hemos estado.

Les chambres sont si exiguës qu'il nous a été impossible d'ouvrir nos valises sans pousser le lit et les meubles de la chambre. Pas de lampe de chevet, pas de climatisation. Le confort est donc très moyen. Le personnel est cependant serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très simple.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station and around 10 minutes to the main street. Consider good location. The owner and staffs are all very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Location and amenities perfect for our needs.

The staff are warm and excellent. Parking is free just in front of the lodge. If you have time for breakfast, they serve hot breakfast. My only small complaint is that the shower performance was inconsistent. Sometimes we would get warm water sometimes lukewarm. Overall, an excellent value for the money and highly recommend it.

This is a very clean accommodation. Is a simple and has all the amenities. It is walking distance about a 15 minute walk to the shops nearby. The staff are delightful and very helpful.

The room was very dark, with no bedside light. The shower was in poor condition. Staff are very nice. Not a word of English. No air conditioning in the room. Just a portable fan.
