Everything Was Great. The Staff were Very Cheerful and Wanted To help at Every Moment. Very good breakfast. Excellent recomendación for restaurant. Very comfortable bed, Nice Modern bathroom and a view of a volcano.

This was the best place we stayed in Chile, hands down. And for the price…phenomenal. It’s a small boutique hotel. A well manicured property carved off a gravel road just a few blocks from the main drag. The proprietors, young husband and wife, are lovely. The building and grounds are immaculate and aesthetically top notch, the attention to detail everywhere is remarkable, awesome views through the trees, and the friendliness of staff top notch. They have two hot tubs and we bought one out for 90 min, which was glorious. Their food and drinks menu was basic but quite tasty. We ate one meal there and another at the restaurant Rincon they recommended, and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was bespoke including a tasty peach and jam made by grandma. The room was on the small side, but why be in there anyway other than to sleep, and the lounge/lobby was comfy. Oh, and they took our bikes and store them for us without hesitation. Just top notch. This is the kind of experience, and kind of people, you want to give your money to.

Macarena was very helpful, responsive, and nice. The hotel is clean and walking distance to restaurants, mini markets, the beach, and popular sightseeing areas. A warm breakfast is served every day. The spa amenities come at an additional cost, sadly the sauna was out of service during our stay and there was only one massage therapist, making availability limited. The room was comfortable, almost had a view of the volcano, and did not have a personal microwave or mini fridge. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it!

Very nice place beautifully situated between the two volcanoes. Convenient access to the falls and to Osorno. The staff is extremely helpful, helping me fix my tyre pressure and clean off some dirt from my luggage. The rooms are bright and clean. Only note: the walls ARE thin. So if you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs just in case.

La propiedad está muy cerca de Los Saltos del Petrohué y el Lago de Todos Los Santos. Las micros locales pasan cada media hora y es barato llegar a cualquier destino. En la siguiente esquina hay food trucks y cruzando la carretera a pie se puede llegar a restaurantes locales que son muy buenos. ¡Qué lugar más hermoso tienen! Nos encantó todo, la propiedad bien cuidada y lleno de hermosas flores, las habitaciones bien diseñadas, el baño espacioso, los espacios compartidos son limpios, el desayuno completo con todo riquísimo, la atención personalizada y con el toque humano que los destaca al máximo. Francisca un amor y llena de entusiasmo. Macarena y Rodrigo tienen la vocación de servicio y dan la milla extra en cada interacción. Los felicito por mantener siempre altos estándares de servicio y hospitalidad. Con gusto volvería a reservar en Entre Volcanes y sin dudar los recomiendo a quien se me ponga en frente. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Great lodge with friendly, helpful staff. Located in a small town with lots of dining options and close to the national park. I suggest you pre pay. They had us pay in chilean pesos, which resulted un a big tax that we could have avoided by pre paying in US dollars.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The staff were amazing making sure we were happy and enjoyed this great location with multiple day trip suggestions. The breakfasts were amazing as well with delicious locally baked bread and pastries which changed every day!

Mi estancia en el hotel fue extraordinaria. Macarena y su hermano Hector son unas personas maravillosas. Se desviven por atenderte lo mejor posible. El hotel es encantador. Esta muy cerca de los saltos del petrohue, del volcan Osorno y del puerto de Petrohue. Se los recomiendo infinitamente.

The grounds are very well kept, the room was small but clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Macarena and Rodrigo went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is a very cute lodge that is absolutely beautifully designed. This is a family business that is driven by love to the local nature and you will feel this love in every second you stay here.
