El personal atento. La habitación bien para pasar una noche. El baño tenía mal olor.

Equipe, o atendente fala em português ajudou muito. Quarto simples atendendo a necessidade coerente com o preço.

Limpeza e condições do quarto bem ruim.

O atendimento foi o ponto alto. Muito bom. Já a hospedagem é condizente com o valor pago. É uma boa opção para uma hospedagem curta e com bom custo benefício.

Por inconvenientes ajenos al Hotel no pudimos alojarnos en el mismo, pero al llegar ya nos tenían una opción muy buena para alojarnos en la ciudad de Los Andes. Estamos muy agradecidos por toda la buena predisposición y voluntad para conseguir alojamiento a nuestra familia. Regresaremos con total seguridad

No volvería. Pésima gestión. Servicio Demasiado por lo bajo.

Nunca fue registrada la reserva, de hecho no tenía capacidad de entregar el servicio, mala la comunicación de Expedia con el hotel

Un desastre no nos tomaron en cuenta la reserva que hicimos. Llegamos desde mendoza y nos dijeron que no tenian anotada la reserva. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. Patetico no vayan.

You get what you pay for! :(

We went to Los Andes for the weekend and stayed at Hotel Genova for 3x nights Fr-Mo. We booked a room with double bed with bathroom, it was quite cozy but spacious enough just for the weekend. Our room was conveniently located at the back of the hotel, right next to backyard door that led to a cute little outdoor area with seating area and pool. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful (the included continental breakfast was simple but still perfect to start the day without having to look for a breakfast place. The kitchen is not really available, there’s just a fridge (that isn’t located inside the kitchen), but the lovely house lady let me use the kettle. The only bummer was that the price in hotels.com didn’t match the actual price in Chilean pesos. When the total price on hotels.com showed $180, the actually price was $213. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay very much in this great location!

Kleines älteres Hotel - für eine Nacht ok. Ein riesen Nachteil - man hat keinen Schlässel für Haupteingang und jeder muss klingeln das Rezeption kommt und aufmacht. Mein Zimmer (Nr.1) lag direkt neben Eingang und die ganze Nacht geklingel bis der letzte Gast wieder da (3Uhr dann Ruhe) - ab 6 die ersten abgereist... Nachtruhe ist anders. Daher unbedingt Zimmer abseits Eingang verlangen. Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit

A lovely building in a nice street run by the kind Andries, nice pool. Would be a good idea to have a keycode entry as we were locked outside waiting to get in and the doorbell woke us up when sleeping.
