Rating & Review Keseluruhan Lib Hotel Bellavista

This is the perfect kind of place to rest in a pinch. There was nothing particularly special about Lib hotel actually, but it was perfectly acceptable. The price was right and it came in clutch for me. The receptionist Patricia was very accomodating for breakfast and check out, telling me not to worry. You could tell she is a genuinely kind person. My room was facing the south across the street from the university, and there were a few very bright lights so be sure to use the blinds. I slept well except for around 2am there was yelling outside in the street for a little bit. My Chilean friends say the neighborhood Bellavista is a great place and perfectly safe except at night. I arrived at 9:30pm and didn't think of safety since the neighborhood was super lively. Breakfast was minimal and cost 4500 CLP, I would recommend it. The bathroom was super clean and quite nice actually. The hotel is in a great spot too, because it's a single block from the bus stop or 2 blocks from the metro stop.

The place is T E R R I B L E, the noise from the street up to 4 AM, and they do not have any sound protection

Pieza muy básica con una cama que no cumple el standar ( era king pero conformada por dos colchones de plaza y media que sobresalían de la base con unas sabanas que no cumplían el tamaño por lo que se salían de su posición), luz inadecuada, ventanales sin bloqueo de ruido. El personal se portó excelente tratando de buscar solución a los problemas pero la recepcionista era la que daba el desayuno así que estaba en doble función siempre.

Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier animé de Santiago. Le point faible est que les fenêtres ne sont pas bien insonorisées, et que l'on entend tout de la rue...

Excelente atendimento e excelente localização, quase em frente ao pátio bellavista, o que faz com que seja bastante barulhento à noite devido ao movimento da região, mas era esperado. Hotel confortável e com bom custo benefício. Precisam melhorar a iluminação dos banheiros...

O Hotel tem um bom custo-benefício, em relação aos preços dos serviços em toda a cidade. O café da manhã não é incluído, por isso não se iluda com as fotos do café na cama. O quarto é bom, mas tem pouco isolamento acústico, portanto se tem um sono leve, pode ser que terá dificuldades para dormir à noite. O hotel tem uma boa localização e é próximo à bares e restaurantes. Também é próximo ao centro histórico e às principais atrações turísticas. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé.

El hotel super agradable, la atención de Patricia igual, el único problema es que no se puede dormir bien, ya que donde está ubicado es un barrio bohemio el ruido es desagradable.

Room had very nice decor, comfy bed, and hot shower. Unfortunately street noise is very loud and we struggled to sleep even with earplugs. Also WiFi was too weak to work in the rooms, didn't get a chance to test it in the common areas.

Excelente localização, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho ótima. Limpeza de quarto e banheiro muito boa. Tem várias opções de bares, restaurantes, café nas proximidades. Funcionários da recepção muito solícitos.

Los cuartos estaban bastante bien. Se ve que están remodelados pero el ruido en los alrededores es excesivo y hasta altas horas. La zona se sentía insegura y no había elevador

Very well located property. Close walk to subway and in the middle of all Bella Vista. Vibrant area Room was great. Steps away from bars restaurants. Didn’t do the breakfast as too many cafes in area. It is a noisy area. All of Bella Vista. So be prepared. I would definitely stay here again.

Estou muito chateada e não fiquei nem um dia e ainda tive que pagar a diária ! O hotel e nem vcs nos avisaram que estava tendo ainda manifestação e que era pior as sextas feiras. Chegamos com gás de pimenta, briga entre jovens e polícia e o hotel fechado. Estva com as portas baixadas e ficamos ali no meio do caos. Estou chateada e irritada pq deveria ter reembolso do dinheiro que paguei por uma estadia que não usei. hotel era na esquina da confusão! Um absurdo vcs deixarem a gente numa fria ! Vcs vão me reembolsar?????

Located in Bella Vista area. Contemporary design. Air conditioned. Staff is welcoming and trying to help. We had to change 4 rooms due to leaking or not working air conditioning. Smelly toilet in the last room. Very noisy at night. Located above a restaurant. Loud music until 3-4am in the morning. Unless you are after night life, won't be able to sleep. Disappointed.
