Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Cayuga

Buena estadia, solo que me quede sorprendido a pesar de que sabia que se podia realizar check out late mediante un cobro adicional hasta las 3pm, a pesar de la pregunta realizada en la recepcion, no me lo ofrecieron fue muy cerrada la respuesta de la mujer que estaba en ese momento de que a las 11am se tenia que salir y quedarse en el restaurante cuanto tiempo quisiese Deberian de replantear ampliar la salida al menos al mediodia y capacitar en tener mas tacto con el cliente

Habitación amplia y limpia además de la Alberca y restaurante muy bueno

Todo genial excepto el trato y el pésimo servicio de la joven en recepción del día 30/04/2025 en turno de la tarde hasta las 10:00 pm de mal humor,no devolvió las tarjetas de la piscina y todo lo hizo gritado.

Una buenas experiencia, hotel muy nuevo limpio, el desayuno podría mejorar

We had a terrible night here. No blankets in the room but had to leave ac on or we roasted. Then some other guests decided to have a party in the courtyard from 11:30 to 3:30 am. Tried to call front desk (which is attached to the courtyard so they should have been able to hear them anyways) but no answer. Was told by morning front desk staff that there should have been someone there. Then first thing in the morning someone decided to swim at 6:30. Pool is closed from 8:45 pm to 8:45 am. Breakfast took about 50 minutes to make. I could overlook the cobwebs in the room corners full of bugs if not for all of that. Too bad because it is a beautiful hotel.

Muy ordenado y limpio. Muy bien ubicado, un lugar un poco solitario, pero súper cerca de la playa y el paseo de los turistas. El desayuno es bastante bueno.

I stayed there with my family, a party of four, we got a room front to the main street, the hotel's sign at night was killing our sleep, strong red light shining and blackout curtains didn't do much. Pool was okay despite someones fake hair extensions found all over the floor, seems like the pool cleaning isn't covered by the regular maids so the hair was there for a couple of days, breakfast was acceptable. I'd recommed it but for not more than one night, there aren't many outdoors attractions unless you book a guided tour.

La experiencia en el hotel estuvo buena. Solo que Hotels no cumplió con su noche regalo y me tocó pagarla y al final perdí lo que me cobró hotels por lo demás todo bien

I had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and secure, the wifi, air conditioning, shower, all worked great. The staff was super- friendly and helpful. They were patient with my awful Spanish and were able to switch to English when needed. Even the restaurant had good food. Not a luxery resort, but perfectably servicable at a good price. Puntarenas isn't the "nicest" town per se but it is interesting and authentic and this hotel is very good.

The hotel is good overall terms. Staff is kind, limited options for food, we ate at the hotel restaurant which was really good. The main parking is limited, but they have another 2nd parking about 200 meters from hotel. We didn’t like that room was too small, the bathroom was too tiny at least on the room we took.

Me gustó mucho el lugar se ve moderno y está bien distribuido (en zonas comunes se observa muy limpio) personal amable, los únicos dos detalles que se los comunicamos a la muchacha de recepción fue que nos hospedamos en la habitación 131 y desde que llegamos había un olor como a aguas negras, y en una de las gavetas de mesa de noche habían residuos como de cebollas o algo similar por lo que esto no se pudo usar. Pero en general, la apariencia de la habitación y zonas comunes es muy bonito, y la comida del restaurante es excelente. El desayuno estuvo muy bien también. Si volviera a este lugar. Buena opción para viaje de negocios o “plan tranquilo” en familia. Buen internet.

Best hotel in the area

Foi horrível! Apesar das instalações serem muito boas e confortáveis, o hotel deixa muito a desejar: O quarto tinha infiltração e um cheiro de mofo terrível! Pedi para trocar, não tinha outro disponível! O quarto fica na área da piscina e tem música bastante alta das 12h às 6 da tarde. O café da manhã é terrível! Poucas opções e sem queijo, manteiga e presunto! Muito ruim! Falto profissionalismo no hotel! Além disso tem um custo muito alto para o serviço que oferece! Não indico!
