Rating & Review Keseluruhan Glory Guest Suites, Downtown Moncton

The rooms are old, dilapidated, and filthy. I don’t know who is writing these positive reviews, because the place looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. There were streaks and stains on every door, window casing, and baseboard along with (inhabited) spider webs and what looked like mouse droppings on the floor. We checked in, saw the room, and turned right around and left. The caretaker, while very kind, did not speak English very well and thus we could not explain the situation. We took the loss of one night and found another hotel. Unless you’re willing to risk contracting something that might require antibiotics, don’t stay here.

I loved it. Cozy room, one block from the Aberdeen Cultural Centre, where the event I was attending took place. Feels somewhere between a rooming house and a hostel. Price was great, owners were sweet. Would book again.

My stay was fantastic! The room was in a beautiful old character home about 5 minute walk from downtown. Gloria and her husband were the absolute sweetest looking after my every need and even giving me fresh plums from the tree in their yard. If I’m ever back in Moncton I will definitely stay here. They were wonderful

I picked this for the affordability. For the price, I can’t complain too much. The location is not bad. Parking, is terrible. Confusing. Access to shower, oven, fridge. Bedroom was pretty clean. Tv is maybe 20 inches if that, A/C is quite outdated and loud. Bathroom could use a scrub in spots, but it still looks clean for the most part. Room was somewhat clean, but there were areas that seemed neglected. The kitchen area needs a good deep clean. Side of fridge is dirty, floor around that area too. Oven/stove is usable, not the cleanest. No baking sheet, or any ovenware. This property could be beautiful with a little hard work. It’s nice as is, just seems a bit overgrown, could use some landscaping done. Communication with the owners was a bit shaky, English is not their first language. Very friendly and accommodating people, though.

It's a little old, but if all you need is a place to sleep for one night and you're not too fuzzy, it's worth it. And the bed was very very comfortable

Room was small but bed was very comfortable and bedding was nice.

The place was very dirty. I couldn’t use the toilet because it had urine and dust on it like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The bathtub also had old grease and grime stuck to it. The only decent thing about the place was the lady who checked me in.

Parfait, si ce n'est de la cuisine qui manque un peu d'ustensiles, je recommande cet emplacement pour ça proximité du centre ville et du rapport qualité/prix.

A lovely old building, well set up for a short stay. Just what we needed.

The hosts are very nice and kind, the rooms are beautiful and tidy. I definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Bien que le lieu est un peu éclectique et que la peinture un peu défraîchie, l'endroit est très propre, le lit plus confortable que nous l'aurions crus, et les draps d'une douceur surprenante! (drôle de remarque mais vrai!). Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre-ville (restaurant, bar, cafés) et du mascarnet! Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accès à une cuisinette particulièrement pour ranger nos denrées périssables. Gloria est adorable, d'une grande gentillesse et pleine d'attention. En plus de nous expliquer les dernières rénovations, elle nous a fait cadeau de quelques bananes pour la route! Je recommande chaudement si vous n'êtes que de passage à Moncton comme nous.
