Room light doesn't work, and the toilet seat is swing around.

It is basic and what you expect for the cost BUT our bed was broken and mattress sunk in the middle. Kitchen light and stove light didnt work and the outlet for the TV had no power so we moved the TV to a working outlet.

When we arrived, we were given a key that did not work so we had to go back to the front desk to get a new key. The suite had a lamp on the bedside table that could not be plugged in, and the TV and refrigerator were also unplugged. The remote was missing, so we had to make a second trip to the front desk. The one we received did not work properly. There was a lamp placed by the TV that had three bulbs, and one was missing the shade, so there was a bare bulb in our face, but it was the only light that worked. We were two people, but only one coffee cup was provided. Everything looked a little old, like the calking and grout in the bathroom were cracked and dirty. The suites were nice otherwise, just needs more attention to details

Staff was nice, but it was very cold when I got in as heat was off. Had to keep my puffy jacket on for hours. Towels literally had dark brown dirty spots on them. Silverfish in bathroom.

Room was clean, old building but seemed taken care of. Some odd renovations but over great for the price.

Staff were wonderful, however, I should not have to telephone everyday to have housekeeping make up our room and provide towels. More towels and wash cloths in the room would alleviate this problem. More coffee cups would also be appreciated

Booked two nights, only stayed one, on check in customer service was ok after that it was none existent, trying to exchange decaf coffee pouches, went to the desk and no response upon ringing the service bell, tried the next morning three times and had no response, decided to leave, due to booking on Expedia could not recoup the second night fee. Rooms were outdated.

Room was neglected. Toilet was broken as it had no screws and i slid off the toilet. No plug outlet for the coffee pot so we tried to plug it into the bathroom and the outlets didnt work. 3 power cords for 1 lamp.

Every was great. Good communication

there was baseboard heating and it's warm. Coffee maker provided but no cups, no regular coffee, only decaff. No cups of any form provided. TV and box both could not turn on. decoration was so amateurishly done, rough, crude, cheap

Mice, silverfish, missing toilet seats, dirty towels and sheets, rooms were filthy and front desk was never around

The room was not particularly clean. Not awful, but lots of room for improvement. In the morning there was a rat in our bathroom. There were no staff on site when we checked out, so we were unable to report it.

The room was clean but had a musty smell. The nightly rate was pretty decent for what amenities were included. The walls are very thin. I heard someone snoring in the room beside me and the pipes were very loud when someone flushed the toilet or had a shower. There was a number to call at reception to get assistance. I went to ask for a hairdryer two different times , no one came to the front.
