Everything was very good for this riad. The location was great, although you might get some street noise depending on the room. The room was more like a suite, with a separate sitting area. The shower and the staff were fantastic. The only knock was that the internet was very poor- pretty much unusable. Other than that, exceeded expectations.

Un bon accueil, un personnel souriant, respectueux, disponible et très attentif à nos besoins. Tout est accessible à pied depuis le riad. Le riad est magnifique, la déco est sublime. Le seul bémol pour ceux qui veulent faire la grasse matinée est le manque d'isolation pour le bruit des occupants de la chambre d'à côté. Un lieu que je recommande pour séjourner à Chefchaouen en totale immersion !

Very interesting hotel in the Riad. Staff are accommodating and very friendly, I would stay again for a return trip to Chefchaouen.

Hotel bem bonitinho dentro dos padrões marroquinos. Não é possível chegar de carro mas há uma praça bem próxima onde é possível parar o carro para descarregar e sempre tem alguém para ajudar a levar as malas em troca de uma “tip”. Quarto confortável mas a noite havia uma luminosidade absurda das luzes dos corredores nas janelas, deveria haver cortinas black out nos quartos. Café da manhã razoável, mas tive que ir atrás de alguém para ser servida. De qualquer forma indico o hotel. Chefchaouen é uma graça de cidade “azul”, mas um dia é mais do que suficiente para uma visita.

This is second time I stayed at this Riad\Hotel, this hotel is amazing the best in chefchouen, it has its own unique style, so well spaced out, you will fall in love with this place, you are so well looked after, breakfast is amazing, the workers, Mohammed and Fatima are amazing people thank you

Amazing! The staff is increadible and the place is wonderful... perfect place to really feel like in Morocco! Highly recomend the expirience!

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. El baño muy pequeño y muy básico. Es una linda casa, pero les falta mucho mantenimiento. La atención del personal, sobre todo en el restaurante es mala, a pesar de que es un lugar donde van muchos a comer. No aceptaban tarjetas de crédito, Lo cuál no ponen al reservar. Y no dan recibo de lo pagado. .

The staff were EXCELLENT and so kind and helpful. Staying at this hotel was a make or break difference in our overall experience in Chefchaouen. They even helped me purchase a data plan for my phone, which would have been hard to do as I didn't speak the language. They also helped us find a grand taxi to take to Fes (during a holiday!) Very grateful for the good service.

최악의 숙소였습니다 현금으로 내지않으면 안된다고 우기고 그럼 다른곳으로 가겠다니까 직원들이 밀치고 욕하더군요 제발 여행망치고 싶지 않으면 다른곳으로 가세요 The hotel offered terrible service and the old lady at the reception was so rude The room was too dirty to stay. They never accepted credit card which is illgal. Do not spoil your travel with this hotel.

Proche de la place,personnel accueillant grande chambre ,parfait

It’s located right at the main square! Very convenient! Room was clean. It’s an older building so it has an “old” smell when you enter the room, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The raid is also a restaurant. We had dinner there for one of the nights and it was pretty tasty. The only down side is that it is noisy from all the diners below since it is also a restaurant. One of the nights we were there, the noise didn’t die down until midnight.

Very nice room, Riad was in a great location, staff was extremely nice and helpful.

People were really friendly, amazing location. If you want good wi-fi you’ll have a problem. Other than that top notch!

A very cozy, comfortable and lovely Riad in the heart of chefchouen. Location is fantastic. Food is good. Breakfast is very good with fresh orange juice and omlettes. The brother/sister team of Fatima and Mohammed is great. They are both lovely hosts and take pride in running this place. We had a great time there.

Io e la mia famiglia la Suite Royale del Riad Hicham non l'abbiamo neanche vista! Appena arrivati, dopo 5 ore di viaggio, ci hanno comunicato che, a causa di un non- precisato incidente appena verificatosi, non sarebbe stata disponibile. È iniziata quindi un'ora di spostamenti con un caldo torrido per trovare con loro una soluzione alternativa. La cosa più seccante è che il responsabile del Riad Hicham riteneva di non avere alcuna responsabilità adducendo una causa di forza maggiore. Alla fine, per stanchezza e per non rovinarci un giorno di vacanza, con un evidente "downgrading" abbiamo dovuto accettare due stanze non comunicanti in un altro piccolo Riad, discreto nel suo genere, ma inferiore per qualità e servizi.

Beautiful riad, great location and service. We stayed at the royal suite and that was a beautiful spacious room. We loved everything and especially the hostess Fatima Zahra! She was so nice and helpfull. we definitely recommend this riad.

LOCAL EXCELENTE E HOTEL ACONCHEGANTE

One of the best. Our suite was roomy and comfortable. Tile work is out of this word. Decoration is awesome. Has a restutant. Had sunrooms with water fountain that are delightful. Staff is friendly. The ONLY down point was that they claim their credit card system is not working. They asked for cash which was not anticipated. They claimed it is noted in there reservation notes. We cloud not find such note. Be aware that if you use your card there is a 3.4% added to your bill. Also, their restutant is cash only. Food is good
