Rooms were amazingly clean and staff ever so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We spent three nights there and it was awesome, so comfortable coming and going through out the day

Casa al Mar is a beautiful boutique hotel that is very well situated, right on the La Paz Malecon. The 2-bedroom suite we stayed in was very comfortable, even luxurious —with gorgeous bedrooms, a kitchen area, a small living room and bathroom. We experienced just 1 small issue, (a very small room mistakenly booked for my sister and brother-in-law), but were able to address that by having them stay with me in my 2 bedroom suite — other than that, a wonderful stay!!

A wonderful location, excellent service, and very quiet! Everything we could ever need was available in our suite!

Everyone are super nice

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación y que está algo bonito y el cuarto amplíe pero en general hubo muchas cosas negativas: - En el fin de semana es imposible dormir en los cuartos que dan a la calle (que son los mejores) el ruido de la calle es terrible y además hay musicos callejeros enfrente ya que está en el malecón. - La habitación amplia pero el baño extremadamente pequeño - Dos días de 5 que estuvimos se descompuso algo y no tuvimos agua para bañarnos. - La cortina black out no funcionaba y no la podíamos subir - No tiene estacionamiento, el que tienen en convenio con cobro está a 2 calles y en una zona de bares fea para andar de noche - La limpieza de la habitación muy mala durante la estancia - Personal en recepción mal capacitado, me hicieron mal el cargo de mi pago y perdí una hora en discusiones en el check out y al final no me resolvieron. - Se rompió un vaso por accidente y me cobraron el juego de vaso y jarra y no me dejaron llevarme la jarra la cual pagué - Me rentaron una sombrilla para la playa la cual estaba rota y no me funcionó Lamentablemente es un hotel administrado por gente que no es hotelera y se ve la inexperiencia y la improvisación.

Amazing property, very well located ! Only thing is I wish it had a pool! Other than that, would love to come back !
