Clean room, nice beach view walkable to restaurants. nice staff they rent stuff for beach. Only problem was last day they shut down the water never went back on last day luckily.

Tried for early check in wasn’t allowed. Tried charging me for an extra day. No parking anywhere close to hotel. Not like they described. Very noisy area needs to have more sound proofing around the facility.

This was a cute little boutique hotel right on the Malecón. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking us a boat tour to Espiritu Santo, as well as arranging transportation from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and we felt safe walking around, even late at night. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again!

Falta un poco de mantenimiento en los servicios y aparatos de cocina. Sería deseable una alberca pero su ubicación es excelente y muy buena opción a pie del malecón

La propiedad está regular ; los anuncios dan entender que la propiedad es mucho mejor de lo que está ; lo que salva es que los empleados son muy amables y procuran dar muy buen servicio. Las habitaciones requieren limpieza profunda. Y la relación precio-calidad no está acorde

Very welcoming staff and very attentive. They are very helpful. I traveled with my 76 year old mother and my nephew with autism and they looked out for them. Totally recommend

Pedimos que hicieran el servicio de habitacion y cuando llegamos. 7 de la noche no habían hecho nada Toallas mojadas. Las habitaciones tienen un olor peculiar. No lo recomiendo con niños. Son tres pisos y barandales de cristal no es ideal para familias. Es espacioso. Pero no cómodo.

We loved everything about it. The location is right in the middle and the beach hits you right in the face as soon as you walked out the door staff are so friendly and the rooms are beautiful and unkept

The property is situated in a great location, the staff was very polite and helpful . It is a very small hotel with no elevator .we had a breakfast credit we used at the restaurant next door .

Desde el checking habitación, condiciones exterior, interior, personal, restaurante, todo excelentemente muy bien muy atento a la gente es locales tanto del establecimiento se lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que es un buen hotel para descansar cómodas habitaciones muy bonito se lo recomiendo ampliamente

The TV was not much help. Only Netflix is available, but it was not set up for use because it needed to be updated by email. Also, I didn't think about the noise level when booking the room. The room has a great view to the bay since is on the famous malecon, however it is really noisy at night and sometimes early morning. Soundproof windows would help. I use the mini split in the room to drown out some of the noise at night by turning the temperature lower to keep it on longer. I enjoyed the room overall. Great location. Finally, the staff was great and super helpful!

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Am Wochenende etwas lauter aber nicht extrem störend. Gerne wieder.

Fantastic location, lovely staff and very charming grounds. Had a great time with our dogs.
