I stayed for one week, and the staff’s service was excellent. They were always friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. I would like to mention everyone, but unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Every employee provides outstanding service, and that truly makes a difference! Juan from the reception team was one of them. The hotel’s location and cleanliness were also very good.

Friendly staff with great communication skills. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was really good with a great modern shower, perfect after a long flight! The breakfast included eggs made to order and cooked to perfection. The lobby offers bottles of local wine for sale and cold water to drink and hot tea all day, complimentary. Every staff member was working with a smile and I felt very comfortable to be here! The location is perfect and in walking distance from multiple cafes and shops. I highly recommend!

We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro.

The room heat was HORRIBLE. 2 fans & we had to leave the room door open to the hallway. I slept 20 minutes. Staff nice. Breakfast ok, but if you can’t sleep it’s a BAD place to stay
