Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón.

Excelente localização, bom atendimento e preços razoáveis para a cidade, que é cara na temporada alta. Vale destacar que não dispõe de elevador nem de frigobar no quarto.

Good stay. Had an issue with the room which manager/owner attended to promptly and in satisfactory way. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Hotel rooms are clean yet could use some update and repair. Staff is welcoming.

All of the staff at Hotel Vientos del Sur was so kind and helpful in every situation, including packing us a lunch at 5:30am when we were going to hike Volcan Viillarica. We definitely recommend it!

Boa cama e chuveiro, mas muito quente. O ventulador não deu conta decrefrescar o quarto e a janela não abre a ponto de refrescar.

El hotel demasiado rústico. Buen desayuno por el precio. El baño demasiado pequeño, y necesita bastantes arreglos: la ducha muy antigua. El personal excelente. Muy bien localizado. Sin aire acondicionado! Sin ascensor! No volvería.

I thought the hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay in middle of the best spot in pucon - a few steps from the best restaurants ! The breakfast is divine , and the staff are wonderful . This place is all goodness . Couldn’t recommend more .

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vientos Del Sur! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating. The rooms and common areas were always clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Decent mid-priced hotel convenient for the town centre.

Sheets on bed were not clean … lots of hair found on sheets upon entering the room. Breakfast service was quite nice!

O hotel é uma graça, próximo da avendida principal, em uma caminhada de uns 15 minutos chegamos no lago e na praia. Fiquei no último andar, quarto de tamanho bom, o que incomodou é que a cortina era pequena e deixava frestas que o quarto claro o que pode ser um problema para quem gosta de quarto no escuro para dormir. O café é bem servido, e a recepção são bem gentis.

Maravilhoso, desde a recepção a todos os serviços. Hotel limpo e aconchegante. Muito bem localizado. Com certeza voltaremos.

Would 10/10 stay here again! Front desk lady are wonderful, clean room, easy access parking, and can walk everywhere in Pucón. Will stay here again if we are ever back in Pucón

Was exactly what we wanted. Quiet. In town we could walk around Pucón. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
