It wasnt the romantic getaway i had hoped for. It's hot amd stiffy with no AC. The balcony view was a wall, there are no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes eat you alive because you cant close the window or you'll die of heat exhaustion. We were extremely disappointed.

No pude dormir, la habitacion no tiene aire acondicionando y al abrir la ventana se llena de moscos porque tiene plantas en la terraza, las amenidades muy basicas, toallas chiquitas, te piden llenar mucho formato para entrar y en general no me gusto la experiencia. Lo bueno es que tiene muy buena ubicación

No respetaron mi reservación, me dieron otra habitación que no tenía nada que ver con la que había reservado.

En mi opinión personal, la habitación muy limpia, sábanas limpias, toallas, cercano a todo en general, todo muy bien me gustó mucho la habitación.

The room was nice and staff were polite. The hotel is located across from a club which had raves every night of our visit. It was very hard to sleep because of this.

La habitación cumple con lo descrito, algo que podemos destacar es que el wifi funciona muy bien en comparación con otros hoteles que he visitado. Limpio, agradable y buenas instalaciones, además el personal de recepción muy amables en todo momento y resolviendo nuestras dudas, que puedas dejar en resguardo el equipaje es un plus honestamente, sin duda si volvería a hospedarme aquí

Room was moderately clean. Could hear the local disco thump thumps all night, but it's expected. Very nice. Good location. Staff was great!

The room was clean and the staffs were nice. However, the hotel is located in a very loud area. I could hear music pounding until late and it was very hard to sleep. Also I got bit hard by bed bugs during my stay there. I think the hotel should treat the bed bugs to prevent it from affecting more customers

Lovely and nice staff, clean rooms, and location. Water pressure is decent, and the rooms are soo spacious.

La habitación súper limpia, me hubiera gustado que hubiera aire acondicionado, estábamos un poco enfermos mi familia y yo, el clima seco del aire hubiera estado increíble, pero todo lo demás súper bien.
