The hotel was fantastic, staff was amazing. Breakfasts were included and excellent. Staff were students who tried and succeeded in providing great service!

The coffee machine in the room did not function. I asked staff at the reception to take care of that. They didn’t. The matras of the bed was too hard. Because of that I did not sleep well. There was a lamp in the room, that gave constantly alarming signals. We couldn’t turn it off. The system of the turning on/off of lighting was much too complex. They did not clean the bathroom.

Loved the aspect of being a part of the school… Didn’t get a chance Dinner in the restaurant… It was sold out. The town in the area are lovely.

Great stay!! And awesome concept. Part of hotel management school where future stars do everything to make you feel great. New hotel and great staff. Rooms have awesome lighting, they are spacious and modern. Breakfast is served, but definitely worth taking/visiting. Hotel rents bikes and it's 5min ride away from Center. I definitely recommend!!!

De service van het personeel en de kamers zijn geweldig.

Very nice and cosy hotel where hotel management students test their abilities. Everything was well organized and implemented. I would receommend thi hotel.

Alles war sehr gut, wir waren zum 2. Mal hier, und sollten wir nochmals nach Leeuwarden kommen, ist das Notiz Hotel mit den Studenten die dort den Service am Gast lernen unsere 1. WAHL

Mooi modern hotel gekoppeld aan de hogeschool waardoor personeel veelal jong en 'in de leer' is. Dat doen ze heel goed.

Niets op aan te merken. De samenwerking met de hoge school is een prima combinatie. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Echt de moeite waard. Beste ontbijt , diner en service.

Stedet drives som et undervisningssted, udelukkende af unge mennesker, men de har styr på det, og stedet/maden er i top klasse.

Fijne locatie en omgeving. Service gericht. Met name de combinatie van school en praktijk is een perfectie formule. De ideale plek om Leeuwarden te bezoeken. We kijken terug op een heel fijn weekend.

We zijn in de watten gelegd. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een extra chocolaatje in de avond. Perfect!

We stayed 2 nights. I chose this hotel as it was slightly out of town and therefore has easy parking and is away from any potential noise from the downtown nightlife. It is a nice short walk though the adjacent park to the outer canal. The staff on reception and in the restaurant appear to be mostly students studying at the attached university. In fact you walk through part of the modern uni building to get to the restaurant where breakfast is served. They were all very attentive and pleasant. I didn’t score top marks on service because for some reason the room wasn’t serviced after the first night, though whoever did the turn down service later that evening made a reasonable attempt at making the bed.
