Excellent hotel. Clean & spacious. Lovely shower. Happy to keep our luggage safe whilst we were up Machu Pichu. Very nice breakfast with proper coffee & fresh juice. Very friendly staff

Great hotel in Aguas Calientes. Everything is within walking distance. Very helpful staff. If you are in town, this is a great choice for your family. Would stay here again.

Hotel aconchegante, bem cuidado, café da manhã muito bom, atendentes solícitos e educados. A cidade é pequena e segura, então a localização geral dos hotéis não influencia tanto, mas ainda assim fica num ponto muito bom a metros da estação de trem. Estão instalando elevadores, mas ainda tivemos que utilizar escadas. Os colchões são OK mas não maravilhosos e falta um pouco de tomadas perto da cama. Não é um hotel barato, mas no geral oferece um ótimo custo-benefício.

Excellent location and clean rooms, but the broken elevator was a major downside. Expect to use the stairs if your room is on the fourth floor or higher, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel was great. Just two issues first the rooms do not have enough lighting. A couple of lamps in the room would be better. Second it can get loud sometimes. All noises from outside get in the room.

マチュピチュ遺跡のツアー後、クスコに帰るインカレイルの待ち時間がしばらくあったのですが、ロビーで休んでて良いよと言ってもらえて助かりました。スマホも体力も充電できました。

とても便利な場所に立地し、コンパクトながら良いホテル。ただエレベーターが故障中で４Ｆまでの階段が観光移動疲れの身体には厳しかった。

Conveniently located. The elevator was out of service, but we didn’t mind walking up to the third floor. We stayed one night; the hotel is close to the main street and the train station. The best part was the staff, he welcomed us in the train station and walked us to the hotel. No wi-fi.

The room is dark. I asked them to wake me up by phone but they forgot. On the other hand, they accommodated to our needs - packing our breakfast and keep it in the fridge so that we can eat when we come back from the Machu Picchu tour. The staff is very kind.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.
