I had a room on the street side of the hotel and it was extremely noisy with all of the car horns honking late in the evening and early in the morning. I would have liked to have known so I could have requested a quieter room.

Breakfast and breakfast room staff excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Centrally located and super-safe. Half the rooms look into an interior light-well, which means little natural light but quiet. The other half look into the main street, lots of light and more lively. Do know this in advance.

Property was nice, breakfast great, bathroom tiny, but it’s in front of a market and it’s very noisy

Alles was prima. We kregen eerst een kamer die een defecte wc had, maar gelukkig werden we overgeplaatst naar een andere kamer die rustiger was dan de vorige. Het ontbijt was goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, vooral de jongen die ons ontving, Marcelo.

Property was conveniently located about 5 blocks from the plaza de armes. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Comfortable accommodations.

El hotel es muy bonito por dentro, tiene ascensor, algo que nos sorprendio gratamente, la habitacion amplia, muy limpia, el baño amplio y limpio

Abbiamo pernottato due notti in questo albergo vicino al centro storico, trovandoci molto bene. Albergo con posto auto coperto e sicuro. Ascensore. Colazione a buffet molto buona. Le camere con finestre sulla strada sono un po' rumorose.

Casi todo muy bien .. El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos caminando del Mercado Central y a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Armas de Ayacucho ... Casi todo el personal muy atento y amable.. Habitación espaciosa, aunque carecía, de ciertos elementos que habitualmente tiene una suite. El único inconveniente de verdad para mí fueron las voces y ruidos que a través de la caja de escaleras se oían durante casi toda la noche (la escalera hacía de caja de resonancia de cualquier ruido o conversación que se producía en el Lobby o en la misma escalera), y que me desvelaban con frecuencia. El buffet de desayuno estaba muy bien, y disponía de muchos alimentos típicos del lugar.

The staff was pretty good. Everything else not so much. It was extremely noisy from street traffic. This lasted from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The exhaust from the traffic would get into the room through the only window opening in the bathroom. There was a balcony but it was closed off with a glass panel. The worst thing was the construction in the hotel. They were doing major remodeling across from our room. Worst noise ever. There was no mention of construction when we booked the room. I think they didn't let Expedia know.

People looking for a Marriott probably shouldn’t come to Ayacucho. This is a delightful small hotel with attentive, welcoming staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. We actually loved this place. Note that if you take the “suite” you don’t get windows. For us the extra space was worth the trade off, but a little more air would have been nice.

Our stay was great. A bit noisy as the hotel is across the street from the market. After 9 pm it quiets down.

La única observación es el mercado que está al frente que perjudica la vista de salida de un hotel tan bonito.

Muy incómodo la bulla del hotel en Lis cuartos que dan a la calle y no te informan no pude dormir dos noches

Todo limpio y todos amables. Pero en 2 noches no hubo agua caliente para bañarse.

It was expensive and not worth the price

Hotel is one of the nicer ones you'll find in Ayacucho. Our room got quite warm in the evenings (and we didn't exactly stay in the height of summer) but the staff were happy to provide us with a large fan which helped somewhat. Noise was somewhat of a problem but oddly it came from mostly within the hotel, with each evening us being woken by fellow guests having extremely loud conversations in the stairwell in the middle of the night. I suppose the only thing the hotel could do is post signs asking the guests to keep their voices down at night? Overall a positive review.
