great place! spacious, clean, great views and location. five stars!

Overall a great stay. I was a little upset that it was not ready when I tried to check in. Fortunately they let you leave your luggage there while you wait or roam around. Don’t make the mistake I did and walk around the area near the office. This area is called “Groneland.” It is basically the Middle East and a third world country inside of Oslo. I was starting to get anxiety thinking this is where the apartment was. It’s not! Get back on the bridge and go right. (This is near the apartment and a much nicer area.) night and day. Positives: -Great modern location -Upscale apartment building -Close to everything -Everything you really need -Close to saunas -near grocery stores,restaurants, and cafes(highly recommend Godt Brood) -Balcony w/table and chairs -very safe -Quiet building with noise restrictions. (Don’t come here if you are loud or with a group of loud people.) the quiet is nice Negatives: -Check in was delayed with little to no communication. -Check in location is different from apartment. So lots of moving around after long travel. -Apartment does not include any toiletries or coffee. So don’t forget yours!

Dette var den perfekte leiligheten, vil gjerne benytte meg av denne igjen. Litt synd man må gå i litt skummelt nabolag, om man er alene, men leiligheten var helt nydelig.

Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office

The check in was very quick and easy. The apartment was exactly as expected and even had roof terrace with a glass shelter with tables and chairs where you could bring food drinks etc. the location of apartment was just behind the Munch museum and was surrounded by small bars cafes restaurants and some boutique shops. The main central station was a 5 to 10 minute walk with other transportation methods ( bus and tram) located less that 5 minutes. My husband and I thought it was exceptional and throughly enjoyed our visit we would book again and recommend highly

Brand new apartment in a new development close to the opera. Good for work stays and not too far from train station and public transport. But a few things could improve the experience big time.... there was no coffee machine, although it said so in the apartment description. And it felt very sterile and empty, a few pictures on the wall, pillows in the sofa and place mats on the glass tables would make a difference. The towels felt very hard and cheap, and the pillows were horrible. Besides that, an ok apartment for a couple of days in Oslo.

Great area! Furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was great.

Nice well priced modern Accommodation in good location with good transport links.

My stay at BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS, Opera Area was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the modern kitchen to the cozy living area, every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere – despite being in the heart of Oslo, the apartment offered a quiet and relaxing retreat. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it effortless to get around. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this apartment is a great choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a high standard of accommodation. I would definitely stay here again!

So the location and service was great. But in terms of comfort, for shorter stays there was no basics like soap in the bathroom, or tea/coffee. For longer stays, the little one towel per person, small thin pillows etc, aren’t going to be super comfortable. Just some little improvements would make a big difference here.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. First, the reception is in a completely different location, which was extremely inconvenient. Then, the electricity in our apartment failed, and despite our complaints, no one was sent to fix it. To make things worse, the washing machine trapped our clothes inside, and the staff showed no interest in helping us retrieve them. Finally, when we asked for a refund due to all these issues, they outright refused. Avoid this place at all costs!

Fin og behagelig leilighet. Minuset var at den ligger helt i utkanten av Oslo sentrum, i enden av Bjørvika, (på bortsiden av «asbest» blokkene) og på vinteren er dette et veldig rolig område. Samtidig manglet den dusj såpe og det har jeg forstått er en vanlig mangel i denne type utleie leiligheter. Så også ut som forrige bruker (ihvertfall en tidligere bruker) hadde ødelagt en av vegg kontaktene uten at dette var blitt fikset. Ville allikevel vurdert å bo der, kanskje spesielt på sommerstid.

Først av alt var det et mareritt å finne kontoret for henting av nøkkel. Så var det vanskelig å finne rett inngang til stedet. Leiligheten var svært dårlig utstyrt. Manglet mye for å kunne fungere særlig kjøkkenutstyr. Høye barkrakker var ikke særlig greit for folk litt opp i årene. Nedsittet sofa som absolutt kunne trengt noen puter man kunne hatt i ryggen. Savnet en mappa med opplysninger om bostedet, slik som rømmingsveier, hvordan benytte nedkastet for søppel o.l. Tror ikke jeg kommer til å benytte Bjørvika Apartments igjen.

Proximity to public transportation. Quiet and clean.

The property was in the middle of a very modern area with musea, opera and awesome buildings. There was also nearby the view on the Oslofjord. The appartement was very new (2023) and had every thing (except for a cutting board which is convenient to cook😀). I fell in love with Oslo❤️🇳🇴

Lovely apartment with washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher. So much easier and less expensive than a hotel
