The room was very old. Everything was old. The price was way too high for all this old stuff.

Clean/staff were excellent-polite/helpful/friendly. Maintenance on rooms was being addressed

Bed was too soft parking was not easy air conditioner didn’t work properly had to get reception to get somebody to fix

Room clean, plenty parking space and staff were accommodating.

Our room was comfortable (especially the bed) and clean. Bistro meal was lovely and staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking was in a private parking lot behind the Hotel, accessed via a laneway (not undercover), so that worked well. Great proximity to main shopping area, eateries, wine bars, pubs, parks. Good value for the per night rate. Would stay again and recommend.

Ice hotel with a lot of character but could do with some tlc in places.

OUr room was on the top floor. decor is very dark, they need someone to plan some colour for them. The rest of the hotel was good, great bistro down stairs

Lovely helpful and friendly staff! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a lift for our elderly mother. Tea and coffee making supplies were good. Food in the hotel bistro was delicious!

Great basic accommodation for a single room stay.

I chose to pay at the property, they hit me with a $9.27 EFTPOS fee (not VISA/MC etc ) thought that was a bit ordinary. They give you a drink and food discount voucher. I though restaurant must be good as was buy, food was small portions and expensive. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese $28 and commented it looked like a starter. Staff said "oh you think it's small", oh this is what they serve" and walked off.

I only had a one night booking and just as well. I was woken about 3.00am by a loud machine noise on the level under where I was sleeping. There was then several plant room type noises which ensured I got no more sleep after the first noises.
