We had an amazing stay at Ruhondo. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, particular mention to Jana 😊. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We had a lovely walk/hike along the lakeside and up into the village together with a gaggle of local children - more and more joined us as we walked 😊. The location is very peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend

Ruhondo Beach Resort is a beautiful place that requires a boat ride to get to. I stayed in an Executive Tent, which had a queen size mattress, light, electrical plug, and WiFi. The lake is a beautiful setting with many water birds, and spectacular views of the volcanoes!

A beautiful place to stay, quiet, clean and great food and excellent service. Very comfortable.
