We received a warm welcome at the Hotel Ariane reception and given a complementary drinks voucher. The hotel is very central within easy reach of the town centre and all the main visitor sites e.g. Menin Gate. The staff are very kind and all speak fluent English. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel convient for walking into Ypres and all the visitor.attactions. Hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive. Food is good in the restaurant with a good menu selection.

Bed was so comfortable. Restaurant/patio was great. Hotel decor is great. WW pictures and paraphernalia make it history buff’s dream. Staff were excellent. Not one complaint

Having travelled to Ypres on a number of occasions, this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I can’t find any fault. The location to the town and Menin Gate is great, hotel rooms are a good size and modern. Good parking for cars and motorcycles. Lovely helpful staff

Unfortunate to have a room near the utility/room service store - as twice found it disturbingly noisy when trolleys outside room were loaded with glasses and bottles - very noisy and seemed to go on for ever!!! Not great! arrived on a Sunday and the hotel didn’t offer evening meal - but plenty to choose from in town. On a positive note the room was very nice and parking on site! (Didn’t have the breakfast but hear it is good!)

Usual excellent service and hospitality from all the staff at the Arianne hotel. Great location, excellent restaurant.

Great hotel, but unfortunately room was right next to the lift so a bit noisy. On check in we were also told our room was not ready so we were kindly given a couple of free drinks vouchers. After sitting for a short while we were then told this was a mistake and our room was actually ready it was someone else’s room that wasn’t so could they have their drinks vouchers back. When checking in I always ask, not to have a room not next to the lift, only to be told this was not possible as the rooms were already allocated despite checking in early on. Clearly, my request was just too much work for someone to sort. Sad really as this hotel is normally superb.
