This is a small boutique hotel and owners go extra mile to make you feel at home. You won’t get a massive menu options, but they catered to making eggs to our individual choices as we are vegetarians. Overall a homely experience!

Ficamos apenas uma noite para conhecer o Vale Sagrado de forma mais fácil. Alícia foi um amor e nos ajudou a conseguir uma guia tarde da noite, também separou box de café da manhã para levarmos. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e com uma vista linda! A água do banheiro demora um pouco pra esquentar e não tem tanta pressão mas acredito que seja mais pela infra da cidade como um todo. A localização é perfeita, você consegue conhecer tudo a pé e ir a vários restaurantes e pracinha central. :)

Pros: Room was clean, nice view of ruines and central location. Cons: Very low pressure hot water. Unexpectedly, the entire hotel was under renovation. There was no one at the front desk 95% of the time. Price was more than Casa Adina Standard in Miraflores but 50% of the value. Breakfast was very basic, 2 eggs, instant coffee, juice and bread. I did a lot of research and this looked like the best value in the area. Should have gotten a discount because of the noise and clutter from the renovations.

De todos os hotéis que já fiquei acredito que esse pode ter sido o pior de todos apesar de eu ter pego o melhor quartos, na recepção o menino não sabia nada, banheira saindo água marrom, sem papel higiênico e sem lixo no banheiro, quando fomos sair na manhã seguinte para passear o recepcionista dormindo mas até nós descobrirmos onde ele estava ficamos preso dentro do hotel no mínimo uns 20 min e para ajudar pergunte se teve café da manhã ? Não, não teve, tive que pagar e comer fora com toda certeza nunca voltaria a esse lugar

Staff was very helpful. Power went out the morning of departure, but we understand it was not a fault of the hotel. Water gets turned off at night, so if you use the bathroom during the night, it will not flush until around 5:30 am.

Propre et pratique. Eau chaude et confortable. Notre hote a ete tres attentionné. Nous partions tres tot pour le macchu pichu, aussi, il sest leve tot pour nous donner le petit dejeuner a emporter. L'âge des installations commence a se faire sentir mais dans l'ensemble cest plus qu'ok.

Everything from the disheveled guy who checked us in, to the water stoppage every night, to the toilet that clogged, to the inability to modulate water temp, to the shower door that didn’t shut to the mold in the sink to having to ask for additional toilet paper again and again. to the cold coffee at breakfast indicated a place that no one runs or cares about. Utter neglect! The view from the Executive Suite was beautiful, but the overall feel of the place ruined our stay in Sacred Valley. Please STAY AWAY.

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very accommodating. Our son got sick and they recommended muña tea and directed us to the nearest pharmacy. The hot water is also regulated by the town and it is cut off from around 1am and back at 6am. The staff (Cesar) helped my friend and stocked water for her since she had to leave for the Inca Trail at 0400. The location is very near town and the Ollantaytambo ruins. Also walking distance to the train to Aguas Calientes. We will stay again if we're in the area.
