Beautiful view. Nice, quiet surroundings.

The staff was nice and responsive and I liked the outdoor grounds in back of the hotel. They have a walking maze and a fire pit which is fun. The hotel is old and the room was quite small. No amenities nearby.

More like a hotel. Had a room not facing the ocean so not sure what those rooms looked like, but the room was clean. Bed was comfy. If you’re looking for a place with an ocean view you might want to look somewhere else but didn’t trick and was cheap. Still pretty close drive from either Courtenay or Campbell River.

It was a great stay. The room is clean, great amenities. I just hope they open their steam room in the morning.

They are operating with very limited staff. The front desk is only maned for check ins. It felt very deserted

The hotel is really comfortable. It's situated in few steps from ocean. There are a lot of places near the ocean for walking and resting. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff and perfect location for the area and what a view outfront!

The room was clean and modern but the view and access to the ocean was what I appreciated the most. The walk to oyster river estuary along the ocean and watching eagles fight behind the hotel while having coffee were the highlights.

Room was dirty and didn't get the room I was expecting however staff are amazing and helpful the ocean iaa hop away and is stunning

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. There appears to be a staffing shortage for housekeepers indicated by a sign help wanted. I believe they have been searching for staff for awhile. The results of this staff shortage is empty lotion dispenser in our bathroom and no extra toilet. I hope they can get some staff. Otherwise, all was good.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. Honestly the staff are all very sweet and helpful. The first room I went in downstairs had a smoke smell and I was then moved upstairs. The room upstairs was clean and the bathrooms are large and very clean. Because of how helpful the staff were to make things right, we would come back In a heart beat. It's location is fantastic. The hotel is a little older but the bathrooms are great.

Room was super clean and reception was so helpful as we thought we had booked a suite with a kitchenette but all were taken . He found a stove top for us but we had no pots and pans .. he then even offered that he would go home and get his for us to use . Very very kind, but we decided to go eat out . We will come back for sure .
