It was an ok place.

Beautifully situated near a forest and a lake. However the interior climate did not agree with me. The air is bone dry and they spray perfume into the hallways to a level where I felt like if I passed through with my mouth open, I could take a bite of it.

Peaceful place close to the nature

We had a nice stay. The rooms are a bit gloomy with dark heavy furniture, but it is a very pretty building in the snow. There was no cold water in the bathroom, perhaps the cold water pipes are not insulated sufficiently from the heating or the hot water ones.

Tolles Hotel mit direkter Waldlage sehr ruhig perfekt für Erholung. Tolle Küche mit sehr aufmerksamen und immer freundlichen Personal. Sehr schönen Wellnessbereich. Haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt.

It was a nice place. Great service and a nice personal that was very helpful. Could take our babygirl to the pool with no problems. Food at the restaurant was very good. We are planning that our next trip in northern Poland we will stay here again.

Hotel z historią i fajną otoczką. Jednak dość stary, restauracja i śniadania nie przypadły mi do gustu

Jakość hotelu, jak juz bylo wspomniane w komentarzach, jest średnia. Hotel ma juz swoje lata co widać w wyposażeniu. Obsługa była, jednak o kartę dań musialem sie zgłosić sam, podobnie sam musialem udac sie by uregulowac rachunek. Obsluga w wiekszosci przypadkow nie przestrzegala obostrzeń (brak maseczek)

Pobyt uważam za udany i w dobie pandemia udało nam się odpocząć i oderwać od codzienności. Śniadania były przepyszne i bardzo duże porcję, obsługa miła i uczynna. Bardzo dobrze oceniam basen a także centrum Spa. Masaż balijski był odprężający i pozwolił nam na zrelaksowanie się we wspaniałym wnętrzu. Na pewno wrócimy tutaj w najbliższym czasie

Hotel imponujący tylko na zewnątrz. Bardzo wysokie ceny na wszystko. Fokarium i zoo mocno przereklamowane. Sytuację ratują plaże osiągalne tylko samochodem. Na terenie hotelu nikt nie pomyślał o planowaniu, a to co wyglada na jeziora to w istocie stawy. Nie polecam.

Schönes Hotel in schöner Lage. Leider keine Zeit gehabt die Gegend tu erkunden und den Spa zu nutzen. Pool und Sauna schließen schon um 21 Uhr, das ist zu früh. Sonst alles supet
