El hotel está en buenas condiciones, es limpio y ordenado. No pasamos frío, no tuvimos la necesidad de encender la calefacción. También tuvimos agua caliente sin problema.

Location is pretty good, it's not next to the plaza but a short walk. The nice hot shower was the best thing about this hotel. I have no other hotels in Cusco to compare it with but the hot shower was perfect!

Não é relatado na descrição da reserva sobre a presença de agua quente somente até às 23:00. Apenas no momento do check in é informado sobre a ausência de água quente. Porém, de madrugada, falta-se água em geral. Tanto quente quanto fria. Lembrando que todos os passeios de cusco saem de madrugada. Não recomendo.

It is 4 blocks south, down, of the plaza and major sights, in a quiet nice part of town. The breakfast lacked fruits, cheese and ham, it was changed into a basic eggs (at your choice, but no toppings), juice of papaya, and OJ from a box, bread milk, and something they called coffee essence. ( but in all Peru coffee hasn’t been acceptable). The rooms are warm, and have heaters if needed, the alpaca blankets amazing, the size ok specially for my king bed! My parents room was also good. The personal is very nice!

O hotel em si é bom. Banho quente e cama boa. O café da manhã é muito ruim e não está tão perto do centro.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, desayuno normal, el punto de mejora son las camas, necesitan cambio, y las frazadas pesan mucho, no hay calefaccion

Hotel bem localizado, a uma três quadras da praça das armas (em zona plana). Rua tranquila e de fácil acesso. Limpeza geral do hotel muito boa, atendimento do pessoal bastante cordial e prestativo. Guardam as malas gratuitamente se você for dormir em outro lugar para algum passeio (ex. Machu Piccho). Café da manhã médio, não tem muita variedade mas é suficiente. Ficaria lá novamente caso retorne algum dia para Cusco.

The staff was incredible. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection is the same every day. Location isn't right in the heart of the main tourist area, but it's just off the main street and convenient to walk most places you'll want to visit in Cusco. Biggest downside is that this hotel is very noisy. You can hear people walking up/down the stairs, locking their doors and listening to TV from inside the building. From outside, you can hear nearby restaurants, dogs barking, traffic and some music from nearby bars on the weekends. Definitely not a place for light sleepers.

I was very disappointed. The room was small, very sparsely furnished, with one very small window, which was over a very busy street. The traffic cop whistle got really old after awhile... The room was no where near as nice as the website made it look. Try the Hotel Taypikala instead. Same money, far nicer room, service, neighborhood, etc.

Clean hotel, friendly staffs but no elevator. Breakfast has choice of fried or scramble eggs

The staff were super attentive and always service with a smile. Highly recommend to anyone on a budget.

El servicio fue bueno, gente amable y no hay restricción en la hora de llegada, aunque el hotel al ser remodelacion de casa antigua era super frío, el precio excesivo como todo allá, mi sugerencia es buscar al arribo un hotel en el centro (no en el aeropuerto) y así ver la diferencia de precios y pagarlo en soles sale mas rentable aunque no justo ya que allá como turistas suben el costo hasta el tope, ojo hay q regatear jaja...
