Alles war perfekt - Service, Orga, supernettes Team, familiär und bodenständig. Alle Speisen fast 100% selbst gemacht, absolut bewundernswert.

Excellent experience and commend the service and the food, absolutely outstanding.

First our bathtub was clogged and each day we showered in more the 6-8” of water. At one point there was hair (not mine or my husbands) backing up into the water. Second, the shower door that was installed had a broken rubber strip on the bottom of the door. So every time we showered it left over an inch of on the floor. How it was not flooding the downstairs unit I have no idea. Third, our safe wouldnt unlock. Fourth, our room shared a wall with the sauna, the heat in our room was almost unbearable. If this room is going to be used for guest it should at the min. have an ac unit. We were only there for two quick nights, getting in late the night of. The next day, because of not having a working safe we did not want maintenance coming in while we were out for the day. When we checked out early the next day, I mentioned all the items to the front desk and the response was “thank you, we will let maintenance know”… I would have expected an apology or even some sort of compensation. It was very disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was great! And the service in the restaurant was top notch!

Tolles Wellness-Hotel in entspannter Atmosphäre mit super nettem Personal und richtig guter Cuisine! Achtet nur darauf, dass im Sommer die ‚älteren Zimmer‘ ziemlich warm werden können und sich im abgetrennten Hotel befinden, das an der Straße ist (etwas laut).

....bei der Ankunft wurde mit mitgeteilt das der Wellnessbereich nicht kostenlos ist, das war auf der Buchungsseite nicht vermerkt. Nach der Arbeit in den Pool zuspringen war ein zentraler Buchungsgrund für dieses Hotel.

Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff, who speak very good English, if needed. Great pool and facilities. Highly recommend.

The stay was, once again, awesome!

Our stay at the Romantik hotel in Parsberg was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. During this hard time myself and my husband were very pleased to see the amount of cleaning supplies this hotel provided. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is transitioning or a nice weekend gateway.

This is a lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Room are very nice and the wellness and pool area are great. Nice breakfast with local produce.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tesla Destination Charger. Der Pool ist zwar nicht riesig, aber hat u.a. eine Gegenstromanlage. Wifi hat funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Excellent accueil et décoration soignée de l’hôtel. Chambre fonctionnelle et très propre. Petit-déjeuner délicieux et buffet très bien garni.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Sauna und kleinem Indoor-Pool. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, E-Bikes auszuleihen.
