Leider ist momentan keine warme Küche abends verfügbar, da Personal ausgefallen oder Mangel. Stand Juni 2025 Aufladen an Wallbox 11kw gegen Gebühr möglich, leider nach wie vor nur für in Platz.

Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Super nettes Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, schöner Parkplatz - mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen für ein Hotel!

War für eine Nacht okay, ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber Frühstück auch am Wochenende nur bis 10 Uhr. Einfahrt zum Hotel war nicht eindeutig zu erkennen, begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen

My stay is always amazing at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's easy to find and to park. Hotel has typical German interior, badroom looked renewed and was with a good shower. Rooms are quite and breakfast had all including a good and quick service

Wir waren im DZ. Ich war angenehm überrascht, das uns im Zimmer auch Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Angenehmer Service. Die Frage nach weiteren Parkplätzen wird belohnt!

Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Dortmund fahren.

Pleasant hotel with excellent service Spent a couple of nights - room and facilities were functional practical and clean, quiet rooms. Breakfast enjoyable - the breakfast service was good, courteous and helpful. The service level was excellent as I speak only a little German. I managed to lose a set of house keys - after an initial call the hotel did call back to say they had not found them. I was very pleased and surprised to receive an email the following day from the hotel with a photo of the lost keys found in the car park - the hotel has forwarded free of charge - well done and thank you very much

It was my birthday on Monday and the hotel gave me a beautiful surprise birthday cake and a reserved talk. Now that is customer service at its highest. Thank you to all the staff at the Ardey Hotel.
